A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Do the EIS start procedure (upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only)
(Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-001).
(3) Energize the CFDS (Ref. AMM TASK 31-32-00-860-008).

A. Do the power interlocks and system monitoring test.

ACTION	RESULT
1.On control panel 21VU:	On control panel 21VU:
With the engines stopped press GND/CTL button.	Blue light comes on.
2.On MCDU screen 3 CA1:	On MCDU screen 3CA1:
Set the MCDU menu.	The MCDU menu comes on.
Set the CFDS menu on the MCDU menu.	The CFDS menu comes on.
Set the SYSTEM REPORT/TEST menu on the CFDS menu.	The SYSTEM REPORT/TEST comes on.
Set the INST menu on the SYSTEM REPORT/TEST menu.	The INST menu comes on.
Set the FDIU menu on the INST menu.	The FDIU menu comes on.
Set the GND SCAN menu on the FDIU menu.	The GND SCAN menu will come on with a NO FAULT message, or with a fault message showing the equipment at fault and the ATA Ref.
Set RETURN on the GND SCAN menu and continue to push RETURN until back to MCDU menu.
3.On control panel 21VU:	On control panel 21VU:
Push the GND CTL button.	The blue ON legend goes off.

(2) Do the EIS stop procedure
(Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-002).
(3) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
