A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the aircraft electrical circuits are energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 5M (16 FT)- ADJUSTABLE is in position on the side of the aircraft to get access to the lighted icing indicator.
(3) Make sure that the linning panel 211MW is remove.
Subtask 30-81-21-865-054-A (1) Make sure that the aircraft electrical circuits are energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 5M (16 FT)- ADJUSTABLE is in position on the side of the aircraft to get access to the lighted icing indicator.
(3) Make sure that the linning panel 211MW is remove.
B. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged:

A. Installation of the Lighted Icing Indicator
(3) Install new contacts on the electrical cables (4) and (7) ESPM 2043130.
(4) Connect the electrical cables (4) to the cables (7) with a new splice 2407VS (6) AWM 308102.
(5) Attach the electrical cable (4) against the draining pipe (8) with the cable ties (5).
Subtask 30-81-21-914-050-A NOTE: Two persons are necessary to install the lighted icing indicator:
(1) Install the icing indicator (3), the washer (2) and the nut (1). - One person out of the aircraft to hold the lighted icing indicator.
- A second person in the aircraft, to install the lighted icing indicator.
NOTE: Do an electrical bonding of the icing indicator (3) when you install it.
(2) Tighten the nut (1). (3) Install new contacts on the electrical cables (4) and (7) ESPM 2043130.
(4) Connect the electrical cables (4) to the cables (7) with a new splice 2407VS (6) AWM 308102.
(5) Attach the electrical cable (4) against the draining pipe (8) with the cable ties (5).
B. Sealant Application
(1) Apply Polysulfide Sealant-Low Adhesion Fillet Structure (Material No.06AEB2) around the lighted icing indicator base which touches the external surface of the retainer.
(2) Clean the external surfaces of the structure with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) to remove the remaining sealant from the structure.
5. Close-up(1) Apply Polysulfide Sealant-Low Adhesion Fillet Structure (Material No.06AEB2) around the lighted icing indicator base which touches the external surface of the retainer.
(2) Clean the external surfaces of the structure with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) to remove the remaining sealant from the structure.

B. Close Access
(1) Install the vertical lining panel 211MW.
(2) Remove the access platform(s).
(3) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.

C. Inspection/Check of the Lighted Icing Indicator
(1) On the INT LT section of the overhead control and indicating panel 25VU, set the ICE IND & STBY COMPASS (2LF) switch to ON.
(2) Make sure that the LED of the icing indicator comes on.
