B. Get Access
   (1) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 5M (16 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position on the side of the aircraft to get access to the lighted icing indicator.
   (2) Remove the lining panel 211MW.

A. Removal of the Lighted Icing Indicator
NOTE: Two persons are necessary to remove the lighted icing indicator:
  • One person out of the aircraft to hold the lighted icing indicator.
  • A second person in the aircraft to remove the lighted icing indicator.
   (1) Remove and discard the cable ties (5) that attach the electrical cables (4) against the draining pipe (8).
   (2) Disconnect the electrical cables from the splice (6) then discard the splice ESPM 2043130 .
   (3) Remove the nut (1), the washer (2) and the icing indicator (3).
   (4) Clean the remaining sealant.
