(1) FOR [91DW1] (VALVE-HEATER,), [91DW2] (VALVE-HEATER,), [91DW3] (VALVE-HEATER,), [91DW4] (VALVE-HEATER,)
(a) Open the aft cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001)
(b) Set the CARGO COMP LT switch 8LU to ON.
(c) Remove the partition 161DW, (Ref. AMM TASK 25-55-12-000-001).

4. Procedure
Subtask 30-73-56-020-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Removal of Heater Cuff from Fill/ Overflow/ Drain Valve.

Removal/Installation Valve-Heater 91DW1,91DW2,91DW3,91DW4 ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

(1) Remove the insulation pack from around the Fill/Overflow/Drain Valve (1)
(2) Remove and discard the cable ties (4) which attaches the electrical harness (6) of the related heater cuff (3) to the aircraft stringers.
(3) Disconnect the electrical connections

CAUTION: MAKE MATCH MARKS ON ALL THE ELECTRICAL WIRES BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT THEM. INCORRECT CONNECTION OF WIRES WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

(a) Disconnect the electrical connections with the ELEC CONTACTS INSERTION EXTRACTION TOOL M15570-20 from terminal block 7510VT.
(4) If necessary, remove the related temperature sensor (Ref. AMM TASK 30-73-19-000-001).
(5) Remove and discard the adhesive tape (2) that attaches the heater cuff (3) to the water pipe (7) adjacent to valve (1).
(6) Remove the related heater cuff (3).
