A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the potable water system is drained (Ref. AMM TASK 12-24-38-680-001) or (Ref. AMM TASK 12-24-38-680-002).
(2) Make sure that the ground service network is energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).

B. Get Access
(1) Make sure that the door of the lavatory is open.
(2) Make sure that the toilet shroud is removed.

4. Procedure
Subtask 30-73-54-420-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Installation of the Inner Line Heater
(1) Install the inner line heater (2) in the water pipe and tighten the nut (3).
(2) Install the sleeve (4) around the water pipe.
(3) Hold the sleeve (4) on the water pipe with the adhesive tape (5).
(4) Remove the blanking caps and connect the electrical connector (1) on the inner line heater (2).

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the toilet shrout with the two screws.
(3) Close the door of the lavatory.
