D. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position at the access door 812 of the avionics compartment.
(2) Open the access door 812.
(3) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position at the FWD cargo-compartment door 825.
(4) Open the FWD cargo-compartment door 825 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(5) Set the CARGO COMPT LIGHT switch 6LU to the ON position.
(6) In the forward cargo compartment, remove the sidewall panel 131GW.

4. Procedure
Subtask 30-73-54-020-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Removal of the Inner Line Heater
(1) Disconnect the electrical connector (1).
(2) Put CAP - BLANKING on the electrical connector and the electrical receptacle.
(3) Remove the adhesive tape (4) that holds the sleeve (5).
(4) Remove the sleeve (5).
(5) Loosen the nut (3).
(6) Remove the clamps (7).
(7) Remove the box (8).
(8) Disconnect the tee (10) from the pipes (9), (11) and (12).
(9) Remove the inner line heater (2) from the pipe (11) and from the tee (10).
(10) Remove the tee (10).
(11) Remove the inner line heater (2) from the pipe (6).

Subtask 30-73-54-020-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Removal of the Inner Line Heater
(1) Disconnect the electrical connector (1).
(2) Put CAP - BLANKING on the electrical connector and the electrical receptacle.
(3) Remove the adhesive tape (4) that holds the sleeve (5).
(4) Remove the sleeve (5).
(5) Loosen the nut (3).
(6) Remove the clamps (11).
(7) Remove the half box (12) with a CUTTER - THIN BLADE and a PLIERS - END-CUTTING.
(8) Discard the half box (12).
(9) Disconnect the tee (8) from the pipes (7), (9) and (10).
(10) Remove the inner line heater (2) from the pipe (9) and from the tee (8).
(11) Remove the tee (8).
(12) Remove the inner line heater (2) from the pipe (6).
