A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) is in position at the door 825.
Subtask 30-73-53-010-056-A (1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) is in position at the door 825.
B. Get Access
(1) Make sure that the FWD cargo-compartment door 825 is open (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(2) Make sure that the CARGO COMPT LIGHT switch 6LU is at ON.
(3) Make sure that in the FWD cargo-compartment, the panels 131GW 131HW 131GF 131FF 131SF are removed.
Subtask 30-73-53-865-051-A (1) Make sure that the FWD cargo-compartment door 825 is open (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(2) Make sure that the CARGO COMPT LIGHT switch 6LU is at ON.
(3) Make sure that in the FWD cargo-compartment, the panels 131GW 131HW 131GF 131FF 131SF are removed.
C. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged:

A. Installation of the Heater Elements
(1) Install the heater elements (10) on the pipe (12).
(3) Connect the three wires (17) of the heater elements (10) to the terminal strip.
(4) Put the glass wool mat (7) on the pipe (12).
(6) Put the insulation muffs (8) in position.
(7) Put the adhesive tape (6) on the junction line of the insulation muffs (8).
(8) Put the velcro tape (5) in position.
(9) Install the spacers (15) and the clamps (16).
(10) Put the label (1) in position and attach with tie.
(11) Bond the identification label (2), the DRINKING-WATER marker (4) and the flow direction marker (3).
Subtask 30-73-53-420-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Install the heater elements (10) on the pipe (12).
NOTE: Make sure that the heater elements are correctly installed on the bridges (13).
(2) Attach the heater elements (10) with adhesive tape (9). (3) Connect the three wires (17) of the heater elements (10) to the terminal strip.
(4) Put the glass wool mat (7) on the pipe (12).
NOTE: Make sure that the glass wool mat (7) is in correct position on the water pipe.
(5) Put the adhesive tape (11) on the junction line of the glass wool mat (7). (6) Put the insulation muffs (8) in position.
(7) Put the adhesive tape (6) on the junction line of the insulation muffs (8).
(8) Put the velcro tape (5) in position.
(9) Install the spacers (15) and the clamps (16).
(10) Put the label (1) in position and attach with tie.
(11) Bond the identification label (2), the DRINKING-WATER marker (4) and the flow direction marker (3).
NOTE: The flow direction arrow on the marker must point forward.
(12) Close the protective cover (14). A. Installation of the Heater Elements
(1) Install the heater elements (10) on the pipe (12).
(3) Put the glass wool mat (7) on the pipe (12).
(5) Put the insulation muffs (8) in position.
(6) Put the adhesive tape (6) on the junction line of the insulation muffs (8).
(7) Put the velcro tape (5) in position.
(8) Install the spacers (15) and the clamps (16).
(9) Put the label (1) in position and attach with tie.
(10) Bond the identification label (2), the DRINKING-WATER marker (4) and the flow direction marker (3).
Subtask 30-73-53-865-052-A (1) Install the heater elements (10) on the pipe (12).
NOTE: Make sure that the heater elements are correctly installed on the bridges (13).
(2) Attach the heater elements (10) with adhesive tape (9). (3) Put the glass wool mat (7) on the pipe (12).
NOTE: Make sure that the glass wool mat (7) is in correct position on the water pipe.
(4) Put the adhesive tape (11) on the junction line of the glass wool mat (7). (5) Put the insulation muffs (8) in position.
(6) Put the adhesive tape (6) on the junction line of the insulation muffs (8).
(7) Put the velcro tape (5) in position.
(8) Install the spacers (15) and the clamps (16).
(9) Put the label (1) in position and attach with tie.
(10) Bond the identification label (2), the DRINKING-WATER marker (4) and the flow direction marker (3).
NOTE: The flow direction arrow on the marker must point forward.
(11) Close the protective cover (14). B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) In the FWD cargo-compartment, install the panels: 131GW 131HW 131MW 131GF 131FF 131SF.
(3) Set the CARGO COMPT LIGHT switch 6LU to OFF.
(4) Close the FWD cargo-compartment door 825 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
(5) Remove the access platform(s).
Subtask 30-73-53-862-052-A (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) In the FWD cargo-compartment, install the panels: 131GW 131HW 131MW 131GF 131FF 131SF.
(3) Set the CARGO COMPT LIGHT switch 6LU to OFF.
(4) Close the FWD cargo-compartment door 825 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
(5) Remove the access platform(s).
