A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) is in position at the FWD cargo-compartment door 825.

B. Get Access
(1) Make sure that the FWD cargo-compartment door 825 is opened (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(2) Make sure that the CARGO COMPT LIGHT switch 6LU is set to ON position.
(3) In the cargo-compartment, make sure that the sidewall panel 132KW is removed.

C. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged:

4. Procedure
Subtask 30-73-34-420-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Installation of the Potable and Waste Water Ice Protection Control Unit
(1) Put the control unit (3) on the rack.
(2) Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(3) Push the control unit (3) fully into position. The mechanical pushbutton comes out with a click.
(4) Connect the connector (4) to the control unit (3).

A. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the sidewall panel 132KW.
(3) Set the CARGO COMPT LIGHT switch 6LU to off.
(4) Close the FWD cargo-compartment door 825 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
(5) Remove the access platform(s).

D. De-energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-862-001).
