A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).

B. Get Access
   (1) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) is in position at the FWD-cargo compartment-door 825.
   (2) Make sure that the FWD-cargo compartment-door 825 is open (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
   (3) Make sure that the CARGO COMPT LIGHT switch 6LU is at ON.
   (4) In the FWD cargo compartment, make sure that the panel 131HW is removed.

C. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged:

4. Procedure
Subtask 30-71-17-420-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of the Sensor
   (1) On the waste water pipe, install the clamp sensor assembly (6) and the clamp (2) with the screws (4) and (5).
   (2) Tighten the screws (4) and (5).
   (3) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
   (4) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
   (5) Connect the two wires of the clamp sensor assembly (6) to the terminal trip.
   (6) Install the sleeve (3) around the clamp sensor assembly (6).
   (7) Make sure that the sleeve (3) is correctly installed around the clamp sensor assembly (6).
   (8) Install the velcro tape (1) to attach the sleeve (3) around the clamp sensor assembly (6).
   (9) Install the new cable ties of the identification and warning labels.

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Do the operational test of the waste-water ice-protection (Ref. AMM TASK 30-71-00-710-002).

A. Close Access
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Install the panel 131HW.
   (3) Set the CARGO COMPT LIGHT switch 6LU to OFF.
   (4) Close the FWD-cargo compartment-door 825 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
   (5) Remove the access platform(s).

B. De-energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-862-001).
