(2) Do the procedure to get the SYSTEM REPORT/TEST item COM (Ref. AMM TASK 31-32-00-860-003).

A. Do this test

NOTE: You can do this test only on the Cabin Intercommunication Data System (CIDS) DIR, which is in operation.

NOTE: Two cycles of the Multipurpose Control & Display Unit (MCDU) test are necessary to get the first test result.

(1) Open the circuit breakers of CIDS 1 when you do test on CIDS 2.

Push CIDS1(2) line select key.	CIDS1(2) menu page is shown.
Push the SYSTEM TEST line select key.	The SYSTEM TEST menu page is shown.
Push the DRAINMAST SYSTEM TEST line select key.	After approximately 20 seconds, make sure that the 'TEST OK' message is shown.
2.In the cockpit, on the MCDU:	In the cockpit, on the MCDU:
Push CIDS1(2) line select key.	CIDS1(2) menu page is shown.
Push the SYSTEM TEST line select key.	The SYSTEM TEST menu page is shown.
Push the DRAINMAST SYSTEM TEST line select key.	After approximately 20 seconds, make sure that the 'TEST OK' message is shown.

A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration
(1) On the MCDU, push the line select key adjacent to the RETURN indication until the CFDS menu page comes into view.
(2) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
