B. Get Access
(1) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) is in position.
(2) Make sure that access door 811 is open.
4. Procedure(1) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) is in position.

Subtask 30-45-51-420-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of the Motor Converter
(2) Do a visual inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Apply Mineral Oil base Grease-- Vaseline or Petrolatum - (Material No.03FAB1) on a new AIPC 30-45-01-01-075 O-RING (8).
(4) From the outer side of the cockpit, install the O-ring (8) on the groove of the aircraft structure (9).
(5) From the inner side of the cockpit, through the manhole, put the motor converter (4) in position against the support bracket (7).
(6) Use a MIRROR - INSPECTION, FLEXIBLE to engage the converter output shaft.
(7) In the cockpit, install the washers (3) and the screws (2).
(8) Tighten the screws (2).
(9) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
Subtask 30-45-51-420-052-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL NOTE: Two persons are necessary to install the motor converter (4).
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.(2) Do a visual inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Apply Mineral Oil base Grease-- Vaseline or Petrolatum - (Material No.03FAB1) on a new AIPC 30-45-01-01-075 O-RING (8).
(4) From the outer side of the cockpit, install the O-ring (8) on the groove of the aircraft structure (9).
(5) From the inner side of the cockpit, through the manhole, put the motor converter (4) in position against the support bracket (7).
(6) Use a MIRROR - INSPECTION, FLEXIBLE to engage the converter output shaft.
(7) In the cockpit, install the washers (3) and the screws (2).
(8) Tighten the screws (2).
(9) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS ARE CLEAN BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT OR CONNECT THEM. CONTAMINATION ON THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(10) From the manhole, connect the electrical connector (5) to the motor converter (4). A. Installation of the Motor Converter
(2) Do a visual inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Apply Mineral Oil base Grease-- Vaseline or Petrolatum - (Material No.03FAB1) on a new AIPC 30-45-81-01-060 PACKING (8).
(4) From the outer side of the cockpit, install the O-ring (8) on the groove of the aircraft structure (9).
(5) From the inner side of the cockpit, through the manhole, put the motor converter (4) in position against the support bracket (7).
(6) Use a MIRROR - INSPECTION, FLEXIBLE to engage the converter output shaft.
(7) In the cockpit, install the washers (3) and the screws (2).
(8) Tighten the screws (2).
(9) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.

(8) Tighten the screws (2).
(9) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.

(10) From the manhole, connect the electrical connector (5) to the motor converter (4). B. Installation of adjacent components
(1) In the cockpit, install sidewall panel 211LW (1) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-13-41-400-002).
(2) Install the wiper arm (6) (Ref. AMM TASK 30-45-52-400-002).
