A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(2) Make sure that the Blue hydraulic system is depressurized and put it in the maintenance configuration.
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(3) Make sure that the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system is depressurized.
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(4) Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position:

Subtask 29-32-11-865-059-A WARNING:
OBEY THE HYDRAULIC SAFETY PROCEDURES.
(1) Obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-910-002). (2) Make sure that the Blue hydraulic system is depressurized and put it in the maintenance configuration.
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(3) Make sure that the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system is depressurized.
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(4) Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position:
- in the cockpit on the hydraulic section 40VU of the overhead panel
- on the ground service panel of the Blue hydraulic system.
(6) Make sure that the CONTAINER 3 L(3/4 USGAL) is in position below the location of the hydraulic pressure transducer.
B. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged:

A. Installation of the Hydraulic Pressure Transducer
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Lubricate the new AIPC 29-32-11-02-010 O-RING (5) with Phosphate Ester Hydraulic Fluid-General Power - - (Material No.02ABA1) .
(4) Remove the blanking plugs from the ports of the manifold (6).
(5) Put the new O-ring (5) in position on the hydraulic pressure transducer (2).
(6) Hold the hydraulic pressure transducer (2) in position on the manifold (6) and install the two bolts (3) and the washers (4).
(7) TORQUE the bolts (3) to between 0.50 and 0.40 m.daN (44.25 and 35.40 lbf.in )

(9) Install the clamp (11), the bonding jumper (9), the screw (10), the washer (8) and the nut (7) at the hydraulic pressure transducer (2) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(10) Remove the blanking cap from the electrical connector (1).
(11) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(12) Connect the electrical connector (1).
Subtask 29-32-11-865-055-A (1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Lubricate the new AIPC 29-32-11-02-010 O-RING (5) with Phosphate Ester Hydraulic Fluid-General Power - - (Material No.02ABA1) .
(4) Remove the blanking plugs from the ports of the manifold (6).
(5) Put the new O-ring (5) in position on the hydraulic pressure transducer (2).
(6) Hold the hydraulic pressure transducer (2) in position on the manifold (6) and install the two bolts (3) and the washers (4).
(7) TORQUE the bolts (3) to between 0.50 and 0.40 m.daN (44.25 and 35.40 lbf.in )
. WARNING:
USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
(8) Safety the bolts (3) with the (9) Install the clamp (11), the bonding jumper (9), the screw (10), the washer (8) and the nut (7) at the hydraulic pressure transducer (2) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(10) Remove the blanking cap from the electrical connector (1).
(11) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(12) Connect the electrical connector (1).
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Leak Test of the Hydraulic Connections
(1) Pressurize the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
(2) Pressurize the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-863-003).
(3) Examine the connection of the hydraulic pressure transducer and make sure that there are no leaks.
(4) Depressurize the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-003).
Subtask 29-32-11-710-051-A (1) Pressurize the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
(2) Pressurize the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-863-003).
(3) Examine the connection of the hydraulic pressure transducer and make sure that there are no leaks.
(4) Depressurize the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-003).
D. Do the operational test of the hydraulic pressure-indicating system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-32-00-710-002).

A. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.
(1) Remove the container.
(2) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
