A. Get Access
(1) Remove the access panel 197KB.
(2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE in position below the ground service panel of the Green hydraulic system.

(2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE in position below the ground service panel of the Green hydraulic system.
A. Get Access
(1) Remove the access panel 197BB.
(2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE in position below the ground service panel of the Green hydraulic system.

(2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE in position below the ground service panel of the Green hydraulic system.
B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-910-002).
(2) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the hydraulic systems:
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(4) Depressurize the reservoirs of the Green ,Yellow and Blue hydraulic systems (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(5) Put the CONTAINER 5 L (1.32 USGAL) below the hydraulic connections to collect the hydraulic fluid.
4. Procedure(1) Obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-910-002).
(2) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the hydraulic systems:
- in the cockpit on the hydraulic section 40VU of the overhead panel.
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(4) Depressurize the reservoirs of the Green ,Yellow and Blue hydraulic systems (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(5) Put the CONTAINER 5 L (1.32 USGAL) below the hydraulic connections to collect the hydraulic fluid.
Subtask 29-16-42-020-050-A
A. Removal of the Hand Pump
(2) Put a PLUG - BLANKING on the disconnected line end.
(3) Remove the bolts (15) and the washers (16) from the bracket (17).
(4) Remove the screws (4) and the washers (5).
(5) Remove the bracket (17) from the ground service panel (6).
(6) Hold the hand pump (3).
(7) Remove the bolts (20) and the washers (19) from the bracket (18).
(8) Pull the hand pump (3) out of the ground service panel (6).
(9) Remove the adapter (8) and the O-ring (11). Discard the O-ring.
(10) Remove the plug (9) and the O-ring (10). Discard the O-ring.
(11) Remove the fill valve (1) and the O-ring (2). Discard the O-ring.
(12) Put a CAP - BLANKING on the ports of the hand pump.
CAUTION:
USE A SECOND WRENCH TO APPLY COUNTERTORQUE TO THE UNION WHEN YOU DISCONNECT/CONNECT HYDRAULIC LINES ON UNIONS. IF YOU DO NOT USE THE SECOND WRENCH, THERE IS A RISK THAT YOU WILL LOOSEN OR TIGHTEN THE UNION TOO MUCH.
(1) Loosen the union nut (7) and remove the pipe from the adapter (8). (2) Put a PLUG - BLANKING on the disconnected line end.
(3) Remove the bolts (15) and the washers (16) from the bracket (17).
(4) Remove the screws (4) and the washers (5).
(5) Remove the bracket (17) from the ground service panel (6).
(6) Hold the hand pump (3).
(7) Remove the bolts (20) and the washers (19) from the bracket (18).
(8) Pull the hand pump (3) out of the ground service panel (6).
(9) Remove the adapter (8) and the O-ring (11). Discard the O-ring.
(10) Remove the plug (9) and the O-ring (10). Discard the O-ring.
(11) Remove the fill valve (1) and the O-ring (2). Discard the O-ring.
(12) Put a CAP - BLANKING on the ports of the hand pump.
