3. Job Set-up
Subtask 29-14-41-860-069-A
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) are in position to tell person not to pressurize Green, Blue and Yellow hydraulic systems:
  • In the cockpit on the hydraulic section 40VU of the overhead panel
  • On the ground service panel of the Green, Blue and Yellow hydraulic systems.
   (2) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) are in position to tell person not to pressurize the BLEED system:
  • In the cockpit on the AIR COND overhead panel 30VU
  • On the access door 191DB.
   (3) Make sure that the hydraulic systems are depressurized and put in the maintenance configuration (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
   (4) Make sure that the reservoirs of the Green, Blue and Yellow hydraulic systems are depressurized.
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
   (5) Make sure that the access panel 195BB is open.

4. Procedure
Subtask 29-14-41-420-057-A
A. Installation of the Differential Pressure indicator
   (1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
   (2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
   (3) Install new packings (4) and (5) on the differential pressure indicator (2).
   (4) Put the differential pressure indicator (2) in the reservoir pressurization unit (1).
   (5) Loosely install the screws (3).
   (6) TORQUE the screws (3) to between 23.0 and 21.3 lbf.in (0.26 and 0.24 m.daN ) T.
WARNING: USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
   (7) Safety the screws (3) with 14QFB1Wire-Locking Dia: 0.8 mm CRES Nickel Alloy -.

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Leak test
   (1) Do an functional test of the reservoir pressurization unit (
Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-720-001).
   (2) Apply the Testing Medium-Leak Detection - Oxygen System (Material No.14CCB6) to the connection area of the differential pressure indicator (2) and the reservoir pressurization unit. Make sure that there is no leakage.
5. Close-up
Subtask 29-14-41-860-070-A
A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
   (1) Make sure that the hydraulic systems are depressurized
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
   (2) Make sure that hydraulic reservoirs are pressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
   (3) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.

B. Close Access
   (1) Close access panel 195BB.

C. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
   (1) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S) from the cockpit, ground service panel and access panel 191DB.
