A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) are in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Blue hydraulic system:
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(3) Make sure that the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(4) Make sure that the access door 197FB is open.
Subtask 29-14-15-865-054-A (1) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) are in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Blue hydraulic system:
- in the cockpit on the hydraulic section 40VU of the overhead panel,
- on the ground service panel of the Blue hydraulic system.
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(3) Make sure that the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(4) Make sure that the access door 197FB is open.

A. Installation of the Air Pressure Gage
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Remove the blanking plugs from the pressure gage (1) and from the ports on the top of the reservoir.
(4) Install the pressure gage (1) on the adapter (2).
(5) Hold the adapter (2) and TORQUE the connector of the pressure gage (1) to between 1.71 and 1.52 m.daN (12.61 and 11.21 lbf.ft )
.
(6) Safety the pressure gage (1) and the adapter (2) to the reservoir with lockwire, corrosion resistant steel, 0.8mm (0.032 in.).

B. Test
(1) Pressurize the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
(2) Apply leak detector Testing Medium-Leak Detection - Oxygen System (Material No.14CCB6) to the connection of the pressure gage (1) and the adapter (2) and make sure that there are no leaks.
5. Close-up(1) Pressurize the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
(2) Apply leak detector Testing Medium-Leak Detection - Oxygen System (Material No.14CCB6) to the connection of the pressure gage (1) and the adapter (2) and make sure that there are no leaks.

A. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Remove the warning notices from the cockpit and from the ground service panel of the Blue hydraulic system.
