Subtask 29-14-13-860-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Depressurize the aircraft hydraulic systems (Ref. AMM TASK 29-23-00-864-001) (Ref. AMM TASK 29-24-00-864-001) (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-003).
(2) Depressurize the hydraulic reservoir (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(3) Put WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the hydraulic system:

on ground service panel 198CB.

(4) Put WARNING NOTICE(S) on access door 195BB to tell persons not to pressurize the hydraulic reservoir.

B. Safety Precautions
(1) On the center pedestal, on ENG panel 115VU:

put WARNING NOTICE(S) to tell persons not to start the engine.

(2) Make sure that engine 1(2) shutdown occurred not less than 5 minutes before you do this procedure.
(3) Put WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the hydraulic system:

in the cockpit, on the HYD section of overhead panel 40VU.

(4) On overhead maintenance panel 50VU:

make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.

(5) Put WARNING NOTICE(S) to tell persons not to energize FADEC 1(2).

C. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE in position at zone 476.
(2) Remove access panels 476CR 476BR (Ref. AMM TASK 54-53-11-000-002).

C. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE in position at zone 476.
(2) Remove access panel 475BR (Ref. AMM TASK 54-53-11-000-002).

4. Procedure
Subtask 29-14-13-020-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Removal of the Bleed-Air Line Restrictor
(1) Remove the screw (6) and the washer (5).
(2) Loosen the nut (2).
(3) Loosen the nut (8) to remove the pipe (7).
(4) Pull the pipe (7) along its axis to disengage it from the bleed-air line restrictor (9).
(5) Remove the bleed-air line restrictor (9) and the packing (10).
(6) Put the PLUG - BLANKING on the bleed-air line restrictor (9), unions (1) and (11) and pipe (7).
