A. Removal of the Reservoir
CAUTION: USE A SECOND WRENCH TO APPLY COUNTERTORQUE TO THE UNION WHEN YOU DISCONNECT/CONNECT HYDRAULIC LINES ON UNIONS. IF YOU DO NOT USE THE SECOND WRENCH, THERE IS A RISK THAT YOU WILL LOOSEN OR TIGHTEN THE UNION TOO MUCH.
   (1) Disconnect the electrical connectors (2),(7),(33).
   (2) Install a CAP - BLANKING on the electrical connectors and on the electrical receptacles on the reservoir (1).
   (3) Temporarily attach the electrical leads to the aircraft structure.
   (4) Remove the nut (30), the bolt (26) and the washer (29) and disconnect the bonding jumpers (27),(28) from the reservoir (1).
   (5) Loosen the union nut (36) and disconnect the air pipe (37) from the reservoir (1).
   (6) Loosen the union nut (38) and remove the air pipe (37).
   (7) Loosen the union nut (16) and disconnect the air bleed pipe (15) from the reducer (17).
   (8) Remove the bolt (40), the washer (41) and the distance bush (43) which attach the P-clip (42) to the structure.
   (9) Loosen the union nut (24) and disconnect the seal drain pipe (25) from the air pressure relief valve (23).
   (10) Remove the two bolts (44), the washers (45) and the clamp block halves (46).
   (11) Loosen the union nut (6) and disconnect the suction pipe (5) from the structure attachment.
   (12) Loosen the union nut (8) and remove the suction pipe (5).
   (13) Loosen the union nut (9) and disconnect the return pipe (10) from the reservoir (1).
   (14) Loosen the union nut (12) and disconnect the suction pipe (11) from the reservoir (1).
   (15) Cut and remove the lockwire from the two strap bolts (4).
   (16) Hold the reservoir (1) and loosen the two reservoir strap bolts (4).
   (17) Disconnect the ends of the reservoir straps (3) and remove the reservoir (1) from the aircraft.
