MAKE SURE THAT THE GROUND SAFETY-LOCKS ARE IN POSITION ON THE LANDING GEAR. THIS WILL PREVENT UNWANTED MOVEMENT OF THE LANDING GEAR, AND THUS POSSIBLE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT AND/OR EQUIPMENT.

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(2) Make sure that the Blue hydraulic system is depressurized and put it in the maintenance configuration.
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(3) Make sure that the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system is depressurized.
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(4) Make sure that the access panel 195BB is open.
(5) Make sure that the CONTAINER - HYDRAULIC FLUID RESISTANT is in position.
(6) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) are in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Blue hydraulic system:
Subtask 29-12-17-865-053-A WARNING:
OBEY THE HYDRAULIC SAFETY PROCEDURES.
(1) Obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-910-002). (2) Make sure that the Blue hydraulic system is depressurized and put it in the maintenance configuration.
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(3) Make sure that the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system is depressurized.
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(4) Make sure that the access panel 195BB is open.
(5) Make sure that the CONTAINER - HYDRAULIC FLUID RESISTANT is in position.
(6) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) are in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Blue hydraulic system:
- in the cockpit on the hydraulic section 40VU of the overhead panel,
- on the ground service panel of the Blue hydraulic system.
B. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged:

A. Installation of the Electric Pump Pressure Switch
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Lubricate the new AIPC 29-12-03-12-140 O-RING (3) with Phosphate Ester Hydraulic Fluid-General Power - - (Material No.02ABA1)
(4) Remove the blanking plugs from the ports of the manifold.
(5) Put the new O-ring (3) in position on the pressure switch (2).
(6) Install the pressure switch (2) in the T-fitting (4) and TORQUE it to between 3.470 and 3.186 m.daN (25.59 and 23.50 lbf.ft )
(7) Safety the pressure switch (2) with lockwire 0.8 mm (0.032 in.).
(8) Remove the blanking cap from the electrical connector (1).
(9) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(10) Connect the electrical connector (1).

(5) Put the new AIPC 29-12-03-12-070 O-RING (2) or the new AIPC 29-12-03-12-140 O-RING (2) or the new AIPC 29-12-83-04-170 O-RING (2) in position on the pressure switch (3).
(6) Install the pressure switch (3) in the switch manifold (1) and TORQUE to between 3.470 and 3.186 m.daN (25.59 and 23.50 lbf.ft )

(7) Safety the pressure switch (3) with the lockwire14QFB1 Wire-Locking Dia: 0.8 mm CRES Nickel Alloy - .
(8) Remove the CAP - BLANKING from the electrical connector (4).
(9) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(10) Connect the electrical connector (4).

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Preparation for the Test
(1) Remove the warning notices from the ground service panel and from the overhead panel.
(2) Pressurize the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
(3) Pressurize the Blue hydraulic system with the electric pump (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-863-003).
Subtask 29-12-17-710-050-A (1) Remove the warning notices from the ground service panel and from the overhead panel.
(2) Pressurize the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
(3) Pressurize the Blue hydraulic system with the electric pump (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-863-003).
D. Test
(1) Do the operational test of the hydraulic pressure indicating-system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-32-00-710-002).
(2) Examine the connection of the pressure switch and make sure that there are no leaks.
(3) Depressurize the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-003).
5. Close-up(1) Do the operational test of the hydraulic pressure indicating-system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-32-00-710-002).
(2) Examine the connection of the pressure switch and make sure that there are no leaks.
(3) Depressurize the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-003).

A. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.
