Installation of the Actuator - Engine Pump Fire-Valve

MAKE SURE THAT THE FLIGHT CONTROL SAFETY-LOCKS AND THE WARNING NOTICES ARE IN POSITION.
WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE GROUND SAFETY-LOCKS ARE IN POSITION ON THE LANDING GEAR. THIS WILL PREVENT UNWANTED MOVEMENT OF THE LANDING GEAR, AND THUS POSSIBLE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT AND/OR EQUIPMENT.

A. Safety Precautions
(2) Make sure that the SAFETY BARRIER(S) are in position.
(3) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Green Hydraulic system.
Subtask 29-11-52-860-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL WARNING:
OBEY THE HYDRAULIC SAFETY PROCEDURES.
(1) You must obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-910-002) when you do work on the hydraulic system. (2) Make sure that the SAFETY BARRIER(S) are in position.
(3) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Green Hydraulic system.
B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that Green Hydraulic system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(2) Make sure that the applicable hydraulic reservoir is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(3) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT) is in position.
(4) Make sure that the access panel 574AB is open.
Subtask 29-11-52-860-051-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that Green Hydraulic system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(2) Make sure that the applicable hydraulic reservoir is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(3) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT) is in position.
(4) Make sure that the access panel 574AB is open.

(1) Make sure that Green Hydraulic system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(2) Make sure that the applicable hydraulic reservoir is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(3) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT) is in position.
(4) Make sure that the access panel 574AB is removed.

(2) Make sure that the applicable hydraulic reservoir is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).

A. Preparation for Installation
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(4) Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
Subtask 29-11-52-420-053-B WARNING:
BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent areas with a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) made moist with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) . (2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(4) Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
B. Installation of the Actuator of the Engine Pump Fire-Valve
(2) Align the actuator (1) with the pin (6), and put the actuator (1) in position on the adaptor plate (5).
(3) Make sure that the drive shaft of the actuator engages the engine pump fire-valve correctly.
(4) Install the screws (4) into the clamp half (3), and install the new O-rings (2) onto the screws (4).
(5) Put the clamp halves (3) and (7) in position on the actuator assembly (1) and the adaptor plate (5).
(6) Install the screws (4) into the clamp half (7).
(7) Put the bonding strap (9) in position on the actuator (1), and install the screw (10) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(8) Remove the blanking caps and connect the electrical connector (8).
Subtask 29-11-52-865-057-A CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE ACTUATOR AND THE ENGINE PUMP FIRE VALVE TOUCH ACROSS THEIR FULL SURFACES AND CORRECTLY CONNECT WITH :
(1) Remove the blanking covers from the actuator (1) and the adaptor plate (5). - THE DRIVE SHAFT OF THE ACTUATOR ENGAGED IN THE COUPLING OF THE ENGINE PUMP FIRE VALVE
- THE DOWEL PIN IN THE ADAPTOR PLATE ENGAGED WITH THE HOLE IN THE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY.
(2) Align the actuator (1) with the pin (6), and put the actuator (1) in position on the adaptor plate (5).
(3) Make sure that the drive shaft of the actuator engages the engine pump fire-valve correctly.
(4) Install the screws (4) into the clamp half (3), and install the new O-rings (2) onto the screws (4).
(5) Put the clamp halves (3) and (7) in position on the actuator assembly (1) and the adaptor plate (5).
(6) Install the screws (4) into the clamp half (7).
(7) Put the bonding strap (9) in position on the actuator (1), and install the screw (10) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(8) Remove the blanking caps and connect the electrical connector (8).
C. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

MAKE SURE THAT THE TRAVEL RANGES OF THE FLIGHT CONTROLS SURFACES ARE CLEAR. MOVEMENT OF FLIGHT CONTROLS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1) Pressurize the Green hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-863-001) or (Ref. AMM TASK 29-23-00-863-001). F. Depressurize the Applicable Hydraulic System

(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Close the access panel 574AB.
