A. Safety Precautions
WARNING: OBEY THE HYDRAULIC SAFETY PROCEDURES.
   (1) You must obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-910-002) when you do work on the hydraulic system.
   (2) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Green hydraulic system.
   (3) As necessary, use the applicable SAFETY BARRIERS, specified by the operator's instructions and your local regulations.

B. Depressurize the Applicable Hydraulic Systems
WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT THE TRAVEL RANGES OF THE FLIGHT CONTROLS SURFACES ARE CLEAR. MOVEMENT OF FLIGHT CONTROLS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
   (1) Depressurize the Green Hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
   (2) Depressurize the Green Hydraulic system reservoir (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).

D. Get Access
   (1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT) in position, below zone 574.
   (2) Open the access panel 574AB.

   (1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT) in position, below zone 574.
   (2) Remove the access panel 574AB.
4. Procedure

A. Removal of the Actuator from the Engine Pump Fire-Valve
   (1) Disconnect the electrical connector (8).
   (2) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
   (3) Remove the screw (10) and disconnect the bonding strap (9) from the actuator (1).
   (4) Loosen the screws (4) sufficiently to remove the clamp halves (3) and (7) from the actuator (1). Remove and discard the O-rings (2).
   (5) Remove the actuator (1), from the adaptor plate (5).
   (6) Put blanking covers on the openings of the adaptor plate (5), and the actuator (1).
