A. Safety Precautions
WARNING: BEFORE YOU DO WORK IN OR NEAR A FUEL TANK, MAKE SURE THAT YOU OBEY ALL THE SAFETY PROCEDURES. THIS WILL PREVENT INJURY TO PERSONS AND/OR DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT.
   (1) You must obey the fuel safety procedures (Ref. AMM TASK 28-10-00-910-001) when you do work in a fuel tank.
   (2) As necessary, use the applicable SAFETY BARRIERS, specified by the operator's instructions and your local regulations.
   (3) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to operate the MLG doors.

B. Fuel Configuration
   (1) Defuel the center tank (Ref. AMM TASK 28-25-00-650-001).
   (2) Drain the remaining fuel from the center tank (Ref. AMM TASK 28-25-00-650-003).

D. Get Access
   (1) Open the LH MLG door (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-010-001).
   (2) Make sure that the 460005835 SLEEVE - GROUND LOCK is installed on the LH MLG door actuating-cylinder.
   (3) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 1M(3 FT) in position below the access panel 147AZ.
   (4) Remove the access panel 147AZ, (Ref. AMM TASK 28-10-00-910-002), (Ref. AMM TASK 57-17-11-000-001).

D. Get Access
   (1) Open the RH MLG door (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-010-001).
   (2) Make sure that the 460005835 SLEEVE - GROUND LOCK is installed on the RH MLG door actuating-cylinder.
   (3) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 1M(3 FT) in position below the access panel 148AZ.
   (4) Remove the access panel 148AZ, (Ref. AMM TASK 28-10-00-910-002), (Ref. AMM TASK 57-17-11-000-001).
4. Procedure
Subtask 28-42-47-020-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Removal of the Ultracomp (50QT)
   (1) Remove the nuts (6), (7), (8), (10) and (11) and the washers (4), (5), (9), (12) and (13).
   (2) Remove the connectors of the electrical cables (1), (2), (3), (14) and (15) from the ultracomp (19).
   (3) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
   (4) Remove the bolts (18) and the washers (17).
   (5) Remove the ultracomp (19).
