(1) You must obey the fuel safety procedures when you do work on the fuel system (Ref. AMM TASK 28-00-00-910-001). (2) As necessary, use the applicable SAFETY BARRIERS, specified by the operator's instructions and your local regulations.
C. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) On panel 801VU:

- remove the warning notice from the ACT 2 REFUEL VALVE switch
- put the ACT 2 REFUEL VALVE switch in the NORM position and lower the guard.
Subtask 28-40-00-440-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Reactivation of the Fuel Level Sensing Control Unit.
(1) If the control unit (47QJ) is unserviceable, then replace it, (Ref. AMM TASK 28-46-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 28-46-34-400-001).
(2) If you do not know the cause of the failure, trouble-shoot the system and do the corrective action (Ref. TSM Chapter 28).
5. Close-up(1) If the control unit (47QJ) is unserviceable, then replace it, (Ref. AMM TASK 28-46-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 28-46-34-400-001).
(2) If you do not know the cause of the failure, trouble-shoot the system and do the corrective action (Ref. TSM Chapter 28).

(1) Make an entry in the aircraft technical log that the ACT 2 low level detection system is now serviceable.

B. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) On panel 801VU, make sure that the ACT 2 REFUEL VALVE switch is in the NORM and guarded position
(3) Close the access door 192MB.
