(1) Make sure that the aircraft is refueled for the subsequent flight.
(2) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).

A. Make sure that the Fuel Tank Contains the Correct Quantity of Fuel (and not contamination such as unwanted free water).
(1) Check for unwanted free water. (Ref. AMM TASK 12-32-28-281-001)
(2) To make sure that the applicable fuel tank contains the correct quantity of fuel, do one of these subsequent steps:

- Read the FUEL QTY display on the Multi-Tank Indicator (MTI) 6QT, on the Refuel/Defuel Control Panel 800VU,
or, - Read the applicable MLIs (Ref. AMM TASK 12-11-28-650-007).
