Subtask 28-28-00-860-057-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Obey the fuel safety procedures (Ref. AMM TASK 28-00-00-910-001).
   (2) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
   (3) Do the EIS start procedure (upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only)
(Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-001).
   (4) On the ECAM control panel push the FUEL pushbutton switch, on the lower ECAM DU the FUEL page comes into view.
   (5) On the lower ECAM DU, make sure that 400 +100 kg or -100 kg (881.8488 +220.4622 lb or -220.4622 lb) fuel is in the ACT.
   (6) On the lower ECAM DU, make sure that the fuel quantity in the center tank is 4000 +500 kg or -500 kg (8818.4880 +1102.3110 lb or -1102.3110 lb)
   (7) Open the main landing gear doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-010-001).
   (8) Open the applicable access door 192MB 522KB 622KB to the refuel control panel 800VU.
   (9) If installed in the cockpit, on the refuel control panel 51VU:
     (a) Push the pushbutton switch PWR (23QU) to ON (cockpit refuel select).
     (b) Make sure that the ON light in the pushbutton switch comes on.
     (c) Make sure that the FAULT light in the pushbutton switch is off.
Subtask 28-28-00-860-057-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Obey the fuel safety procedures (Ref. AMM TASK 28-00-00-910-001).
   (2) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
   (3) Do the EIS start procedure (upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only)
(Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-001).
   (4) On the ECAM control panel, push the FUEL pushbutton switch:
  • The FUEL page comes into view on the lower ECAM DU.
   (5) On the lower ECAM DU, make sure that a minimum of 450 kg (992 lb) fuel is in each ACT.
   (6) On the lower ECAM DU, make sure that the fuel quantity in the center tank is less than 5,000 kg (11023 lb).
   (7) Open the Main Landing Gear (MLG) doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-010-001).
Subtask 28-28-00-860-057-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Obey the fuel safety procedures (Ref. AMM TASK 28-00-00-910-001).
   (2) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
   (3) Do the EIS start procedure (upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only)
(Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-001).
   (4) On the ECAM control panel push the FUEL pushbutton switch, on the lower ECAM DU the FUEL page comes into view.
   (5) On the lower ECAM DU, make sure that the ACT1 and the ACT2 each have a minimum of 300 kg (661 lb) of fuel.
   (6) On the lower ECAM DU, make sure that the fuel quantity in the center tank is less than 5,000 kg (11023 lb).
   (7) Open the main landing gear doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-010-001).
   (8) Open the applicable access panel 192MB 522KB 622KB to the refuel control panel 800VU.
   (9) If installed in the cockpit, on the refuel control panel 51VU:
     (a) Push the pushbutton switch PWR (23QU) to ON (cockpit refuel select).
     (b) Make sure that the ON light in the pushbutton switch comes on.
     (c) Make sure that the FAULT light in the pushbutton switch is off.

1.On the circuit breaker panel 121VU:
  • open the circuit breaker FUEL/ACT/FUEL PUMP/SPLY (25QH).

2.On the overhead FUEL panel 40VU:
  • push the ACT pushbutton switch.
On the overhead FUEL panel 40VU:
  • the FWD legend in the ACT pushbutton switch comes on,
  • the FAULT light on the ACT pushbutton switch comes on.

On the upper ECAM DU:
  • the message FUEL ACT PUMP LO PRESS comes into view.
3.On the circuit breaker panel 121VU:
  • close the circuit breaker FUEL/ACT/FUEL PUMP/SPLY (25QH).
On the overhead FUEL panel 40VU:
  • the FAULT light on the ACT pushbutton switch goes off.

On the upper ECAM DU:
  • the message FUEL ACT PUMP LO PRESS goes out of view,

On the lower ECAM DU fuel page:
  • the green arrow symbol comes into view,
  • the fuel quantity in the ACT1 decreases,
  • the fuel quantity in the center tank increases.
4.On the overhead FUEL panel 40VU:
  • release the ACT pushbutton switch.
On the overhead FUEL panel 40VU:
  • the FWD legend in the ACT pushbutton switch goes off.

On the lower ECAM DU fuel page:
  • the fuel transfer to the center tank stops,
  • the green arrow symbol goes out of view.

1.Open this(these) circuit breaker(s):
  • 121VU FUEL/ACT/FUEL PUMP/SPLY (25QH).

2.On overhead FUEL ACT panel 28VU:
  • Push the ACT XFR MODE SEL pushbutton switch.
  • Turn the ACT XFR rotary switch to AFT1.
On overhead FUEL ACT panel 28VU:
  • The MAN legend in the ACT XFR MODE SEL pushbutton switch comes on.

On the upper ECAM DU:
  • The message FUEL ACT PUMP LO PRESS comes into view after approximately 120 seconds.
  • The message ACT XFR FAULT comes into view.
3.Close this(these) circuit breaker(s):
  • 121VU FUEL/ACT/FUEL PUMP/SPLY (25QH).
On the upper ECAM DU:
  • The message FUEL ACT PUMP LO PRESS goes out of view.
  • The message ACT XFR FAULT goes out of view.

On the lower ECAM DU fuel page:
  • The green arrow symbol comes into view.
  • The fuel quantity in ACT AFT1 decreases.
  • The fuel quantity in the center tank increases.
4.On overhead FUEL ACT panel 28VU:
  • Push to release the ACT XFR MODE SEL pushbutton switch.
  • Turn the ACT XFR rotary switch to OFF.
On overhead FUEL ACT panel 28VU:
  • The MAN legend in the ACT XFR MODE SEL pushbutton switch goes off.

On the lower ECAM DU fuel page:
  • The fuel movement to the center tank stops.
  • The green arrow symbol goes out of view.
5. Close-up
Subtask 28-28-00-860-058-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Do the EIS stop procedure
(Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-002).
   (3) On the ECAM control panel, set the UPPER DISPLAY and LOWER DISPLAY potentiometers to OFF.
   (4) If installed in the cockpit, on refuel control panel 51VU:
     (a) Push to release the PWR pushbutton switch (23QU).
     (b) Make sure that the ON light in the pushbutton switch goes off.
   (5) Close the applicable access panel to refuel control panel 800VU.
   (6) Close the MLG doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-010-001).
   (7) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
Subtask 28-28-00-860-058-D ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Do the EIS stop procedure
(Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-002).
   (3) On the ECAM control panel, set the UPPER DISPLAY and LOWER DISPLAY potentiometers to OFF.
   (4) Close the MLG doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-410-001).
   (5) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
