(3) Open the aft cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(4) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position at the opening of the aft cargo-compartment.
(5) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position on:

(2) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits

(4) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position at the opening of the aft cargo-compartment.
(5) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position on:
- Refuel/defuel control panel 801VU
- Fuel control panel 40VU
- Additional Center Tank (ACT) control panel 28VU
to tell persons not to operate the refuel/defuel system.
B. Open, safety and tag this(these) circuit breaker(s):

(1) Remove the Integrated Impact Wall (Ref. AMM TASK 28-11-49-000-001).

NOTE: The removal is not necessary if three 'Y' attachments points of the protection cover of the Integrated Impact Wall is damaged, see the procedure below.
C. Get Access
(1) Remove the applicable integrated impact wall (Ref. AMM TASK 28-11-49-000-002).

NOTE: The removal is not necessary if three 'Y' attachments points of the protection cover of the integrated impact wall is damaged, see the procedure below.

A. Do a check for Permissible Damage of the Integrated Impact Wall
(1) Damage Limits - Protection Cover
(a) At least three of the 'Y' attachment points must not be damaged, then you can

CAUTION : DAMAGE TO THE HEAT SHIELD IS NOT PERMITTED. (1) Damage Limits - Protection Cover
(a) At least three of the 'Y' attachment points must not be damaged, then you can
- dispatch the aircraft in the subsequent conditions:
- the placards must be visible,
- you must do a repair procedure as soon as possible.
- you must remove the remaining protection cover,
- you must install the heat shield with new spacers,
- you must do a repair procedure as soon as possible,
- the placards must be visible.
(a) Major or minor damage to the front surface of the heat shield:
NOTE: The protection cover must be removed before you can inspect the heat shield.
- replace the Integrated Impact Wall (Ref. AMM TASK 28-11-49-000-001) (Ref. AMM TASK 28-11-49-400-001), or
- dispatch the aircraft without cargo.
- replace the Integrated Impact Wall (Ref. AMM TASK 28-11-49-000-001) (Ref. AMM TASK 28-11-49-400-001), or
- dispatch the aircraft without cargo.
CAUTION:
BE CAREFUL NOT TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE HEAT SHIELD. DAMAGE TO THE HEAT SHIELD IS NOT PERMITTED.
A. Do a check for Permissible Damage of the Integrated Impact Wall NOTE: The integrated impact wall has a protection cover and a heat shield which are assembled together.
(1) Damage Limits - Protection Cover (a) At least three of the 'Y' attachment points must not be damaged, then you can
- Dispatch the aircraft in the subsequent conditions:
- The placards must be visible
- You must do a repair procedure as soon as possible.
- You must remove the remaining protection cover

B. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the integrated impact wall (Ref. AMM TASK 28-11-49-400-001).
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
(4) Close the aft cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
(5) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
(6) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(7) If you have done restrictions to the Integrated Impact Wall:
(a) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position in the cockpit to tell these actions to the flight crew.
(b) Make an entry in the logbook.
Subtask 28-28-00-860-093-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the integrated impact wall (Ref. AMM TASK 28-11-49-400-001).
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
(4) Close the aft cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
(5) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
(6) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(7) If you have done restrictions to the Integrated Impact Wall:
(a) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position in the cockpit to tell these actions to the flight crew.
(b) Make an entry in the logbook.
B. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.

(6) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(7) If you have done restrictions to the integrated impact wall:
(a) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position in the cockpit to tell these actions to the flight crew.
(b) Make an entry in the logbook.
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the integrated impact wall (Ref. AMM TASK 28-11-49-400-002).
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
(4) Close the aft cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
(5) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
(6) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(7) If you have done restrictions to the integrated impact wall:
(a) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position in the cockpit to tell these actions to the flight crew.
(b) Make an entry in the logbook.
Location of the Attachment Points
