A. Safety Precautions
(2) You must obey the refuel/defuel safety procedures (Ref. AMM TASK 12-11-28-650-001) (Ref. AMM TASK 12-11-28-650-002) when you do work on the refuel/defuel system.
(3) As necessary, use the applicable SAFETY BARRIERS, specified by the operator's instructions and your local regulations.
Subtask 28-25-00-860-092-A WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE FLIGHT CONTROL SAFETY-LOCKS AND THE WARNING NOTICES ARE IN POSITION.
WARNING:
OBEY THE FUEL SAFETY PROCEDURES.
(1) You must obey the fuel safety procedures when you work on the fuel system (Ref. AMM TASK 28-00-00-910-001). (2) You must obey the refuel/defuel safety procedures (Ref. AMM TASK 12-11-28-650-001) (Ref. AMM TASK 12-11-28-650-002) when you do work on the refuel/defuel system.
(3) As necessary, use the applicable SAFETY BARRIERS, specified by the operator's instructions and your local regulations.
B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Energize the Electronic Centralized Aircraft Monitoring (ECAM) system (Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-001).
(3) On the ECAM CP, push (in) the FUEL system page pushbutton switch (P/BSW).
Subtask 28-25-00-650-084-A (1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Energize the Electronic Centralized Aircraft Monitoring (ECAM) system (Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-001).
(3) On the ECAM CP, push (in) the FUEL system page pushbutton switch (P/BSW).
C. Fuel Configuration
(1) Make sure that there is a minimum of 1000 kg (2205 lb) but not more than 5500 kg (12125 lb) of fuel in each wing.
If it is necessary, refuel the aircraft (Ref. AMM TASK 12-11-28-650-003)
Subtask 28-25-00-010-096-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that there is a minimum of 1000 kg (2205 lb) but not more than 5500 kg (12125 lb) of fuel in each wing.

D. Get Access
(1) Open the access door 192MB.

NOTE: If operating in battery power, do not keep the door open longer than necessary because the battery can discharge.
D. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT) in position below zone 622.
(2) Open the access door 622KB.
4. Procedure(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT) in position below zone 622.
(2) Open the access door 622KB.
NOTE: If operating in battery power, do not keep the door open longer than necessary because the battery can discharge.

(2) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
