(1) On the refuel/defuel control panel 800VU:
(6) On the refuel/defuel control panel 801VU put all the REFUEL VALVES switches to the NORM and guarded position.
5. Close-up(1) On the refuel/defuel control panel 800VU:
- put the MODE SELECT switch to the OFF position.
- put the applicable ACT REFUEL VALVE switch to the OPEN position
- put all other REFUEL VALVES switches to the SHUT position.
CAUTION:
DO NOT LET THE REFUEL PRESSURE BE MORE THAN THE MAXIMUM PRESSURE OF 50 PSI (3.45 BARS). IF YOU DO NOT OBEY THIS INSTRUCTION, DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT OR EQUIPMENT CAN OCCUR.
(4) On the fuel tanker/ pump unit, on the pressure gage, monitor the pressure of fuel supplied. When the pressure is between 40 psi (2.8 bar) and 45 psi (3.1 bar): - in the center tank, make sure that you can see spray of fuel from the ACT transfer-thermal relief-valve (169QM).
(6) On the refuel/defuel control panel 801VU put all the REFUEL VALVES switches to the NORM and guarded position.
