B. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position at access door 822 of the avionics compartment.
(2) Open access door 822 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-002).
(3) To get access to GFI devices 69QA and 70QA:

(3) To get access to GFI devices 69QA and 70QA:
- On panel 107VU, loosen the quick release fasteners and remove the cover.

A. Operational Check of Center-Tank Fuel-Pump GFI
(1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Do the EIS start procedure (upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only)
(Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-001).
(3) On the ECAM control panel, push (in) the FUEL pushbutton switch:
Do the test as follows:
(5) During the above operational test, if GFI 69QA or 70QA does not operate correctly, do one of the steps that follow:
5. Close-up(1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Do the EIS start procedure (upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only)
(Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-001).
(3) On the ECAM control panel, push (in) the FUEL pushbutton switch:
- Make sure that the FUEL page shows on the ECAM lower Display Unit (DU).

NOTE: The FAULT light of the MODE SEL pushbutton switch will come on if:

- Replace the defective GFI 69QA or 70QA before the next flight ESPM 204650.
or - Deactivate the center tank fuel-pumps (Ref. AMM TASK 28-21-00-040-002). If MMEL 28-21-02 is applicable, deactivate the center tank fuel-pumps (Ref. AMM D/O 28-21-00-04).

A. Close Access
(1) On panel 107VU, install the cover and tighten the quick release fasteners.
(2) Close access door 822 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-410-002).
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
