B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the the access panel 191JB is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-13-000-001).
(2) Obey the fuel safety procedure (Ref. AMM TASK 28-00-00-910-001).
4. Procedure(1) Make sure that the the access panel 191JB is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-13-000-001).
(2) Obey the fuel safety procedure (Ref. AMM TASK 28-00-00-910-001).
Subtask 28-13-44-420-050-A
A. Installation of the Leak Monitor 500QM
(1) Put a new AIPC 28-13-03-04-120 O-RING (5) or AIPC 28-13-83-04-150 O-RING (5) with a thin layer of Fluorosilicone base Grease-System Fuel and oil resistant - (Material No.03KBB1) on the leak monitor (4).
(2) Install the leak monitor (4) with the screws (6), the washers (7) and the nuts (8).
(3) Do a bonding check (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(4) Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.
(5) Put a new AIPC 28-13-03-04-140 O-RING (3) or AIPC 28-13-83-04-170 O-RING (3) with a thin layer of Fluorosilicone base Grease-System Fuel and oil resistant - (Material No.03KBB1) on the reducer union (2).
(6) Install the reducer union (2) to the leak monitor (4).
(7) Connect the pipe (1) to the leak monitor (4).
5. Close-up(1) Put a new AIPC 28-13-03-04-120 O-RING (5) or AIPC 28-13-83-04-150 O-RING (5) with a thin layer of Fluorosilicone base Grease-System Fuel and oil resistant - (Material No.03KBB1) on the leak monitor (4).
(2) Install the leak monitor (4) with the screws (6), the washers (7) and the nuts (8).
(3) Do a bonding check (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(4) Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.
(5) Put a new AIPC 28-13-03-04-140 O-RING (3) or AIPC 28-13-83-04-170 O-RING (3) with a thin layer of Fluorosilicone base Grease-System Fuel and oil resistant - (Material No.03KBB1) on the reducer union (2).
(6) Install the reducer union (2) to the leak monitor (4).
(7) Connect the pipe (1) to the leak monitor (4).
Subtask 28-13-44-410-050-A
A. Close Access
(1) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(2) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Connect the electrical connector to the lower beacon/strobe light.
(4) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(5) Install the access panel 191JB on the belly fairing (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-13-400-001).
(6) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
Subtask 28-13-44-865-051-A (1) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(2) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Connect the electrical connector to the lower beacon/strobe light.
(4) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(5) Install the access panel 191JB on the belly fairing (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-13-400-001).
(6) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):
