A. Safety Precautions

WARNING: OBEY THE FUEL SAFETY PROCEDURES.

(1) You must obey the fuel safety procedures when you do work on the fuel system (Ref. AMM TASK 28-00-00-910-001).
(2) Put the SAFETY BARRIER(S) in position.

B. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT) in position below the applicable water drain valve.
(2) Put a CONTAINER 1 L (1/4 USGAL) below the water drain valve.

4. Procedure
Subtask 28-11-41-020-053-A

A. Removal of the Outer Valve
(1) Remove the outer valve (4) from the water drain valve (2).
(2) Collect the fuel from the water drain valve (2) in the CONTAINER 1 L (1/4 USGAL).
(3) Remove and discard the O-ring (3).
