Removal of the Radio PTT Switch

NOTE: This task is not applicable for the new-generation side-stick unit. For the new-generation side-stick unit, refer to the procedure (Ref. AMM TASK 27-92-41-000-803). To know if the side-stick installed on the aircraft is a new generation side-stick unit, refer to the procedure (Ref. AMM TASK 27-92-41-860-801).

A. Remove the control handle (Ref. AMM TASK 27-92-41-000-006).

A. Removal of the Radio PTT Switch (11RN,12RN)
F Radio PTT Switch
   (1) Remove the screws (108) and Disengage the electrical connectors (106) and (107).
   (2) On the electrical connector (107), disconnect the cables of the switch (105) with the extraction/insertion tool P/N M81969/14.01 DMC519 ELECTRICIAN SERVICE TOOL KIT ESPM 205642.
   (3) Mark them.

   (4) Remove the screws (100) and the cover plate (101).
   (5) Remove the blanking plug (113), nut (112), washer (111) and the trigger(110).
   (6) Remove the nut (109), washer (103) and switch (105) with the washer (102).
