Removal of the Side Stick Bellows
NOTE: This task is not applicable for the new-generation side-stick unit. For the new-generation side-stick unit, refer to the procedure (Ref. AMM TASK 27-92-41-000-804). (1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE in position at the access door 822.
(2) Open the access door 822.
(3) On the battery power center 105VU:

E. Removal of the cover panel.
(1) Release the lock (9) and remove the handle (1).
(2) Remove the screws (4), the screw (6), the screw (8), the washers (5) and the washer (7).
(3) Release the catches (2) and remove the cover (3).

F. Installation of the Tools
(1) Put the 98D27903500000 PIN-SIDE STICK LOCKING (93) in position on the side stick assembly.
(2) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) on the side stick to tell persons not to operate the side stick.

A. Removal of the Bellows
(1) Remove the ligature cord (89) that attaches the bellows (90) to the support (92) and discard it. Fold the bellows (90) over the handle (91).
(2) Remove the ligature cord (89) that attaches the bellows (90) to the handle (91) and discard it. Remove the bellows (90).
(3) Put a protection in position to make sure that no unwanted materials goes into the side stick opening.
