A. Installation of the Discharge Head

CAUTION: DO NOT TOUCH THE FRANGIBLE DISC INSIDE THE FIRE EXTINGUISHER BOTTLE UNLESS IT IS BROKEN (CARTRIDGE FIRED). YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE FRANGIBLE DISC OR BREAK IT.

(1) Install the discharge head on the fire extinguisher bottle in the workshop.

NOTE: Do not torque the nut of the discharge head at this time. Tighten it by hand only, because orientation of the discharge head is done at the installation of the fire extinguisher bottle on aircraft.

CAUTION: DO NOT TOUCH THE FRANGIBLE DISC INSIDE THE FIRE EXTINGUISHER BOTTLE UNLESS IT IS BROKEN (CARTRIDGE FIRED). YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE FRANGIBLE DISC OR BREAK IT.

(1) Install the discharge head on the fire extinguisher bottle in the workshop.

(1) Install the fire extinguisher bottle (Ref. AMM TASK 26-23-41-400-004).
