Removal of the Discharge Head of the Engine Fire-Extinguisher Bottle

BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU MOVE A FULL FIRE EXTINGUISHER BOTTLE. A SUDDEN OR HEAVY SHOCK TO A FULL BOTTLE CAN CAUSE UNWANTED DISCHARGE AND INJURY TO PERSONS.
WARNING:
DO NOT REMOVE/INSTALL THE DISCHARGE HEAD WITH THE CARTRIDGE INSTALLED.
WARNING:
DO NOT TOUCH THE FRANGIBLE DISC IN THE FIRE EXTINGUISHER BOTTLE. DAMAGE TO THE FRANGIBLE DISC CAN CAUSE UNWANTED DISCHARGE AND INJURY TO PERSONS.

A. Removal of the Components
(1) Remove the related engine fire-extinguisher bottle (Ref. AMM TASK 26-21-41-000-001).
(2) Remove the cartridge of the engine fire-extinguisher bottle (Ref. AMM TASK 26-21-41-000-004).
4. Procedure(1) Remove the related engine fire-extinguisher bottle (Ref. AMM TASK 26-21-41-000-001).
(2) Remove the cartridge of the engine fire-extinguisher bottle (Ref. AMM TASK 26-21-41-000-004).
Subtask 26-21-41-020-075-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Removal of the Discharge Head
(2) Remove the discharge head (4) of the engine fire-extinguisher bottle (1).
(3) Remove and discard the O-ring (2).
(4) If the screen (3) is damaged or clogged, remove and discard it.
(5) Install a 30840002-1 CAP-PROTECT,DISCH OUT on the fire extinguisher bottle (1).
WARNING:
DO NOT TOUCH THE FRANGIBLE DISC IN THE FIRE EXTINGUISHER BOTTLE. DAMAGE TO THE FRANGIBLE DISC CAN CAUSE UNWANTED DISCHARGE AND INJURY TO PERSONS.
(1) Loosen the nut of the discharge head (4). (2) Remove the discharge head (4) of the engine fire-extinguisher bottle (1).
(3) Remove and discard the O-ring (2).
(4) If the screen (3) is damaged or clogged, remove and discard it.
(5) Install a 30840002-1 CAP-PROTECT,DISCH OUT on the fire extinguisher bottle (1).
