   (3) Open forward cargo-compartment door 825 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
   (4) Open aft cargo-compartment door 826 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).

NOTE: This paragraph is only applicable to ionization type smoke-detectors P/N PAI2800-01.

  • Read the voltage shown on the voltmeter.
On the voltmeter:
  • The voltage is between 4 and 5 V DC.

   (2) If removed, install the grid.
   (3) Close forward cargo-compartment door 825 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
   (4) Close aft cargo-compartment door 826 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
   (5) Remove the access platform(s).
