   (2) Do the EIS start procedure (upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only)
(Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-001).
   (3) Do the procedure to get access to the SYSTEM REPORT/TEST FIRE PROT page
(Ref. AMM TASK 31-32-00-860-005).

   (1) Do this test for CIDS-SDF1:

  • Push the SMOKE line select key.
  • CIDS-SDF1 main menu comes into view.
2.On the MCDU:

  • Push the GND SCANNING select key.
  • CIDS-SDF1 GROUND SCANNING menu page comes into view.
  • Wait for approximately 3 minutes.
  • After approximately 3 minutes, the message NO FAULT DETECTED is shown.
3.On the MCDU:

  • Push the RETURN line select key until the SYSTEM REPORT/TEST FIRE PROT menu page comes into view.
  • The SYSTEM REPORT/TEST FIRE PROT menu page comes into view.
   (2) Do this test for CIDS-SDF2:

  • 15WH on panel 49VU
  • 17WH on panel 122VU.
NOTE: It is recommended that you open circuit breaker 15WH before you open circuit breaker 17WH to get the correct messages on CIDS-SDF 2 GROUND SCANNING menu page.
NOTE: It is recommended that you wait for 10 seconds after you open the circuit breakers.
  • CIDS-SDF1 is de-energized.
2.In the cockpit, on the MCDU:
In the cockpit, on the MCDU:
  • Push the SMOKE line select key.
