A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Make sure that the Cabin Intercommunication Data System (CIDS) is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-00-861-001).
(3) Make sure that the aircraft is in ground condition (landing gear down and compressed).

4. Procedure
Subtask 26-10-00-710-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Smoke-Detection Function-Cabin Assignment-Module (SDF CAM) Layout Loading
(1) In the cabin, on the Flight Attendant Panel (FAP) 120RH, push the LAYOUT SELECT key:

The LAYOUT SELECTION page comes into view with the ENTER ACCESS CODE window.

(2) On the numeric keyboard, enter the access code 318 and push the ENTER key:

The ENTER ACCESS CODE window goes out of view.

NOTE: If the message box NO DATA FROM SDF-BOARD comes into view after entering the LAYOUT SELECTION page do the (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-19-960-001).

(3) On the LAYOUT SELECTION page, push the SDF key to select smoke layout page:

A highlighted field shows the selected layout.
Check that an ACTIVE text box is shown on the layout.

(4) If the message box SDF CAM or Smoke Detector configuration mismatch - check SDF BITE comes into view after entering the LAYOUT SELECTION page and/or the SDF layout is not indicated as active or not correct:
(a) Push the LOAD key.
(b) The message box CONFIRM CHANGE OF SMOKE DETECTION LAYOUT. A SMOKE TEST VIA SPRAY MAY BECOME NECESSARY TO VERIFY THE SDF CAM AFTER LOADING (REFER TO AMM) comes into view.
(c) Push the OK key.
(d) The message box LOADING IN PROGRESS/SYSTEM OPERATION BLOCKED comes into view.
(e) After some seconds, the new message box CONTINUE WITH THE SMOKE SPRAY TEST IF REQUIRED (REFER TO AMM) comes into view.
(f) Push the SKIP key.
(g) The message box SMOKE LAYOUT IS LOADED comes into view together with the OK key.
(h) Push the OK key.
(i) The message box SMOKE LAYOUT IS LOADED goes out of view.
(j) The LAYOUT SELECTION page for smoke shows.
(k) An ACTIVE test box shows that the new loaded layout is accepted.

B. Test
(1) Do the Ground Scanning of the Cabin Intercommunication Data-System (CIDS) - Smoke Detection Function (SDF) (Ref. AMM TASK 26-10-00-740-802).

A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
