A. Replacement of a Panel
   (1) Make sure that the damaged panel is not installed with the silver metallic washers.
   (2) Remove all the anchor nuts, clip nuts and other items from the damaged panel.
   (3) Remove the damaged panel.
   (4) Cut the semi-finished replacement material with the CUTTER - THIN BLADE or the KNIFE - SHARP to the necessary dimensions.
   (5) Deburr the edges of the semi-finished replacement material and make them smooth with the CLOTH - ABRASIVE (GRADE 120-180).
   (6) Use the removed panel as a template to make marks on the replacement panel for the holes which you will drill.
   (7) Drill the holes on the replacement panel.
   (8) Deburr the holes on the replacement panel.
   (9) Remove the honeycomb-core to a minimum depth of 6 mm (0.24 in.) from along the edges you cut.
   (10) Clean the replacement panel with Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Isopropyl Alcohol - (Material No.08BBD1) and a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
   (11) Apply filler Paste Adhesive-- Core restoration Furnishing (Material No.13FGF3) to the edges of the replacement panel and let the filler become hard.
   (12) Deburr the edges of the replacement panel and make them smooth with the CLOTH - ABRASIVE (GRADE 120-180).
   (13) Install all the removed anchor nuts, clip nuts and other items on the replacement panel.
