A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that all the galley compartments are empty and all the galley equipment is (are) removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-00-010-001).
(3) If installed, make sure that the curtain(s) and the curtain rail(s) are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-000-003).
(4) Make sure that the ceiling panels and the door frame linings in the area of the galley are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-000-004).
Subtask 25-33-42-860-050-R ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that all the galley compartments are empty and all the galley equipment is (are) removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-00-010-001).
(3) If installed, make sure that the curtain(s) and the curtain rail(s) are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-000-003).
(4) Make sure that the ceiling panels and the door frame linings in the area of the galley are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-000-004).
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that the potable water system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-002).
(3) Make sure that the potable water system is drained (Ref. AMM TASK 12-24-38-680-001).
(4) In the cockpit, on the overhead panel, on the AIR COND section of panel 30VU:
(a) Make sure that these pushbutton switches are released:
(5) On the HP and LP ground-air connectors, make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is (are) in position to tell persons not to connect the ground air supply.
(6) On the water service panel, make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is (are) in position to tell persons not to do the servicing of the potable water system.
(7) Make sure that all applicable doors are open to let you get access to all the parts that you must install/connect.
(8) If necessary, remove the contents of the galley.
(9) Make sure that all the items of non-electrical equipment are removed from the galley.
(10) Make sure that these items of equipment are removed:
(a) Make sure that the oven(s) is (are) removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-19-000-001).
(b) Make sure that the water boiler(s)/heater(s) is (are) removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-27-000-001).
(c) Make sure that the galley control panel is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-34-000-001).
(11) Make sure that the curtain(s) and the curtain rail(s) are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-000-003).
(12) Make sure that the ceiling panels and the door frame linings in the area of the galley are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-41-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-000-004).
(13) If necessary, remove the aft utility-area ceiling-panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-42-000-002).
Subtask 25-33-42-865-060-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).

(13) If necessary, remove the aft utility-area ceiling-panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-42-000-002).

(4) Prepare the surface of the bonding point(s)
(Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-803).

B. Galley Assembly
(1) For the assembly of the galley,CMM 2571003 .
Subtask 25-33-42-420-051-AA ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) For the assembly of the galley,

(2) Install the lower attachments:
(b) Apply Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Clay Thickened - (Material No.03GBB1) to the bushes (60) and put them in position.
(c) Install the new AIPC 25-33-04-18-030 PACKINGS (61).
(d) Put the rings (62) and the washers (63) in position.
(e) Prevent damage to the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(f) Carefully put the galley in position.
(g) Turn the bushes (64) clockwise and counterclockwise to adjust the vertical position of the galley.
(h) Put the outer eccentric bushes (57) and the inner eccentric bushes (56) in position.
(i) If necessary, put the washers (55) in position.
(j) Put the washers (54) in position and install the bolts (53).
(k) TORQUE the bolts (53) to between 4.068 and 2.486 m.daN (30.00 and 18.33 lbf.ft )

(l) Put the seal (73) and the seal plates (71) in position and install the screws (72).
(m) Put the covers (58) in position and install the screws (59).
(n) Apply Double Sided Adhesive Tape-- Foam Base - (Material No.05PAC1) to the fillers (74) and install them.
(o) Put the wheel guides (75) and the washers (76) in position and install the screws (77).
(3) Install the upper attachments:
(a) Put the tie rods (66) in their correct position on the aircraft structure and install the quick-release pins (65).
(b) If necessary, adjust the tie rods (66):
2 Loosen the locknuts (68).
3 Hold the tie rod end that is not installed.
4 Turn the tie rod barrel (67) until you can install the quick-release pins (65) easily.
5 Tighten the locknuts (68).
6 Do a check of the tie rod (66) for the correct installation:

(c) Put the cover (70) in position and install the screws (69).
(d) Close the door (51).
(4) Connect the electrical connections:
(a) Put the bonding straps (3) and the washers (2) in position and install the bolts (1) and the nuts (4) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(b) Put the pelmet (50) in position and lock the fasteners (52).
(5) If removed, install all the decorative material.
Subtask 25-33-42-420-053-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL WARNING:
BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.
(1) Unless specified, TORQUE all nuts, bolts and screws (Ref. AMM TASK 20-21-11-911-001). (2) Install the lower attachments:
WARNING:
SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY. IF YOU DO NOT SUPPORT IT, IT WILL FALL. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS, AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(a) Install the adhesive tape on the installation points of the bushes (60) (Ref. AMM D/O 51-22-00-40).(b) Apply Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Clay Thickened - (Material No.03GBB1) to the bushes (60) and put them in position.
(c) Install the new AIPC 25-33-04-18-030 PACKINGS (61).
(d) Put the rings (62) and the washers (63) in position.
(e) Prevent damage to the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(f) Carefully put the galley in position.
(g) Turn the bushes (64) clockwise and counterclockwise to adjust the vertical position of the galley.
(h) Put the outer eccentric bushes (57) and the inner eccentric bushes (56) in position.
(i) If necessary, put the washers (55) in position.
(j) Put the washers (54) in position and install the bolts (53).
(k) TORQUE the bolts (53) to between 4.068 and 2.486 m.daN (30.00 and 18.33 lbf.ft )
. (l) Put the seal (73) and the seal plates (71) in position and install the screws (72).
(m) Put the covers (58) in position and install the screws (59).
(n) Apply Double Sided Adhesive Tape-- Foam Base - (Material No.05PAC1) to the fillers (74) and install them.
(o) Put the wheel guides (75) and the washers (76) in position and install the screws (77).
(3) Install the upper attachments:
(a) Put the tie rods (66) in their correct position on the aircraft structure and install the quick-release pins (65).
(b) If necessary, adjust the tie rods (66):
WARNING:
USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
1 Remove and discard the lockwire from the locknuts (68). 2 Loosen the locknuts (68).
3 Hold the tie rod end that is not installed.
4 Turn the tie rod barrel (67) until you can install the quick-release pins (65) easily.
5 Tighten the locknuts (68).
6 Do a check of the tie rod (66) for the correct installation:
- Put a short piece of the lockwire stainless steel 0.8mm DIA,
, into the safety holes at the tie rods end.14QFB1 Wire-Locking Dia: 0.8 mm CRES Nickel Alloy - - Make sure that the lockwire does not go through the safety holes.
- If it does, install a new tie rod.
(c) Put the cover (70) in position and install the screws (69).
(d) Close the door (51).
(4) Connect the electrical connections:
(a) Put the bonding straps (3) and the washers (2) in position and install the bolts (1) and the nuts (4) (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(b) Put the pelmet (50) in position and lock the fasteners (52).
(5) If removed, install all the decorative material.
D. Installation of the Lower Attachments
(2) Put the bushes (10) in position.
(3) Install new AIPC 25-33-84-05-020 PACKINGS (9).
(4) Put the rings (8) and the washers (7) in position.
(5) Prevent damage to the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(6) Carefully put the galley in position.
(7) Make sure that you first attach the galley to the initial attachment points.
(8) Turn the bushes (6) clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the vertical position of the galley.
(9) Put the outer eccentric bushings (5) and the inner eccentric bushings (4) in position.
(10) If necessary, put the washers (3) in position.
(11) Apply Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Clay Thickened - (Material No.03GBB1) to the bolts (1).
(12) Install the washers (2) and the bolts (1).
(13) TORQUE the bolts (1) to between 3.00 and 2.49 m.daN (22.12 and 18.36 lbf.ft )

Subtask 25-33-42-420-054-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL WARNING:
SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY. IF YOU DO NOT SUPPORT IT, IT WILL FALL. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS, AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1) Install the adhesive tape on the installation points of the bushes (10) (Ref. AMM D/O 51-22-00-40).(2) Put the bushes (10) in position.
(3) Install new AIPC 25-33-84-05-020 PACKINGS (9).
(4) Put the rings (8) and the washers (7) in position.
(5) Prevent damage to the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(6) Carefully put the galley in position.
(7) Make sure that you first attach the galley to the initial attachment points.
(8) Turn the bushes (6) clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the vertical position of the galley.
(9) Put the outer eccentric bushings (5) and the inner eccentric bushings (4) in position.
(10) If necessary, put the washers (3) in position.
(11) Apply Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Clay Thickened - (Material No.03GBB1) to the bolts (1).
(12) Install the washers (2) and the bolts (1).
(13) TORQUE the bolts (1) to between 3.00 and 2.49 m.daN (22.12 and 18.36 lbf.ft )
. E. Installation of the Floor Seal and the Covers
(1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the threads of the screws (2) and (3).
(3) Put the seal (4) and the seal plates (1) in position and install the screws (2) and (3).
(4) TORQUE the screws (2) and (3) to between 0.17 and 0.14 m.daN (15.04 and 12.39 lbf.in )

(5) Clean the seal plates (1), heads of the screws (2) and (3) and/or adjacent areas.
(6) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) to the heads of the screws (2) and (3) and the seal plates (1).
(7) Seal the galley/floor interface as follows:
(a) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) to the seal (4) and the floor interface.
(8) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the threads of the screws (6).
(9) Put the covers (5) in position and install the screws (6).
(10) TORQUE the screws (6) to between 0.17 and 0.14 m.daN (15.04 and 12.39 lbf.in )

(11) Clean the covers (5), heads of the screws (6) and/or adjacent areas.
(12) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) to the heads of the screws (6) and the covers (5).
(13) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the threads of the screws (10) and (9).
(14) Put the fillers (7) and the covers (8) in position and install the screws (10) and (9).
(15) TORQUE the screws (10) and (9) to between 0.17 and 0.14 m.daN (15.04 and 12.39 lbf.in )

(16) Clean the covers (8), heads of the screws (10) and (9) and/or adjacent areas.
(17) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) to the heads of the screws (10) and (9) and the covers (9).

(6) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) to the heads of the screws (2) and (3) and the seal plates (1).
(7) Seal the galley/floor interface as follows:
(a) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) to the seal (4) and the floor interface.
(8) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the threads of the screws (6).
(9) Put the covers (5) in position and install the screws (6).
(10) TORQUE the screws (6) to between 0.17 and 0.14 m.daN (15.04 and 12.39 lbf.in )
. (11) Clean the covers (5), heads of the screws (6) and/or adjacent areas.
(12) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) to the heads of the screws (6) and the covers (5).
(13) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the threads of the screws (10) and (9).
(14) Put the fillers (7) and the covers (8) in position and install the screws (10) and (9).
(15) TORQUE the screws (10) and (9) to between 0.17 and 0.14 m.daN (15.04 and 12.39 lbf.in )
. (16) Clean the covers (8), heads of the screws (10) and (9) and/or adjacent areas.
(17) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) to the heads of the screws (10) and (9) and the covers (9).
F. Installation of the Wheel Guides and the Kick Strips
(1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) If the fillers (1) and (4) are removed, apply Double Sided Adhesive Tape-- Foam Base - (Material No.05PAC1) to the fillers (1) and (4) and install them.
(3) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the threads of the screws (7).
(4) Put the wheel guides (5) in position and install the washers (6) and the screws (7).
(5) TORQUE the screws (7) to between 0.17 and 0.14 m.daN (15.04 and 12.39 lbf.in )

(6) Clean the wheel guides (5), heads of the screws (7) and/or adjacent areas.
(7) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) to the heads of the screws (7) and the wheel guides (5).
(8) Apply Double Sided Adhesive Tape-- Foam Base - (Material No.05PAC1) to the kick strips (2) and (3) and install them.
(9) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the threads of the screw (7).
(10) Apply Double Sided Adhesive Tape-- Foam Base - (Material No.05PAC1) to the kick strip (10) and put it in position.
(11) Install the washer (9) and the screw (8).
(12) TORQUE the screw (8) to between 0.17 and 0.14 m.daN (15.04 and 12.39 lbf.in )

(13) Clean the kick strips (2), (3) and (10), head of the screw (7) and/or adjacent areas.
(14) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) to the head of the screw (8) and the kick strips (2), (3) and (10).
Subtask 25-33-42-420-053-N ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.

(9) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the threads of the screw (7).
(10) Apply Double Sided Adhesive Tape-- Foam Base - (Material No.05PAC1) to the kick strip (10) and put it in position.
(11) Install the washer (9) and the screw (8).
(12) TORQUE the screw (8) to between 0.17 and 0.14 m.daN (15.04 and 12.39 lbf.in )
. (13) Clean the kick strips (2), (3) and (10), head of the screw (7) and/or adjacent areas.
(14) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) to the head of the screw (8) and the kick strips (2), (3) and (10).
G. Installation of the Lower Attachments
(2) Put the bushes (10) in position.
(3) Install the new AIPC 25-33-84-05-020 PACKINGS (9).
(4) Put the rings (8) and the washers (7) in position.
(5) Prevent damage to the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(6) Carefully put the galley in position.
(7) Make sure that you first attach the galley to the initial attachment points.
(8) Turn the bushes (6) clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the vertical position of the galley.
(9) Put the outer eccentric bushings (5) and the inner eccentric bushings (4) in position.
(10) If the washers (3) are removed, install them.
(11) Apply Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Lithium Thickened Low Temp. - (Material No.03GBC1) to the threads of the bolts (1).
(12) Install the washers (2) and the bolts (1).
(13) TORQUE the bolts (1) to between 3.00 and 2.49 m.daN (22.12 and 18.36 lbf.ft )

Subtask 25-33-42-420-054-I ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL WARNING:
SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY. IF YOU DO NOT SUPPORT IT, IT WILL FALL. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS, AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1) Install the adhesive tape on the installation points of the bushes (10) (Ref. AMM D/O 51-22-00-40).(2) Put the bushes (10) in position.
(3) Install the new AIPC 25-33-84-05-020 PACKINGS (9).
(4) Put the rings (8) and the washers (7) in position.
(5) Prevent damage to the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(6) Carefully put the galley in position.
(7) Make sure that you first attach the galley to the initial attachment points.
(8) Turn the bushes (6) clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the vertical position of the galley.
(9) Put the outer eccentric bushings (5) and the inner eccentric bushings (4) in position.
(10) If the washers (3) are removed, install them.
(11) Apply Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Lithium Thickened Low Temp. - (Material No.03GBC1) to the threads of the bolts (1).
(12) Install the washers (2) and the bolts (1).
(13) TORQUE the bolts (1) to between 3.00 and 2.49 m.daN (22.12 and 18.36 lbf.ft )
. H. Installation of the Floor Seal and the Covers
(1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the threads of the screws (2).
(3) Put the seal (3) and the seal plates (1) in position and install the screws (2).
(4) TORQUE the screws (2) to between 0.17 and 0.14 m.daN (15.04 and 12.39 lbf.in )

(5) Clean the seal plates (1), the heads of the screws (2) and the adjacent area.
(6) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) to the heads of the screws (2) and the seal plates (1).
(7) Seal the galley/floor interfaces:
(a) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) to the seal (3) and the floor interfaces.
(8) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the threads of the screws (5) and (7).
(9) Put the covers (4) and (6) in position, then install the screws (5) and (7).
(10) TORQUE the screws (5) and (7) to between 0.17 and 0.14 m.daN (15.04 and 12.39 lbf.in )

(11) Clean the covers (4) and (6), the heads of the screws (5) and (7) and the adjacent area.
(12) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) to the heads of the screws (5) and (7) and the covers (4) and (6).

(11) TORQUE the screw (6) to between 0.17 and 0.14 m.daN (15.04 and 12.39 lbf.in )

(12) Apply Double Sided Adhesive Tape-- Foam Base - (Material No.05PAC1) to the kickstrip (1) and install it.
(13) Clean the kickstrips (8) and (1), the head of the screw (6) and the adjacent area.
(14) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) to the head of the screw (6) and the kickstrips (8) and (1).

(9) Apply Double Sided Adhesive Tape-- Foam Base - (Material No.05PAC1) to the kickstrip (8) and put it in position.
(10) Install the washer (7) and the screw (6).
(11) TORQUE the screw (6) to between 0.17 and 0.14 m.daN (15.04 and 12.39 lbf.in )
. (12) Apply Double Sided Adhesive Tape-- Foam Base - (Material No.05PAC1) to the kickstrip (1) and install it.
(13) Clean the kickstrips (8) and (1), the head of the screw (6) and the adjacent area.
(14) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) to the head of the screw (6) and the kickstrips (8) and (1).
J. Installation of the Upper Attachments
(1) Put the bracket (11) and the tie-rods (3) and (4) in position, then install the quick-release pins (6).
(2) Put the tie-rods (3) and (4) in position on the aircraft structure and install the quick-release pins (6).
(3) If necessary, adjust the tie-rods (3) and (4) as follows:
(a) Hold the tie-rod ends (5) that are not installed.
(b) Turn the tie-rods (3) and (4) clockwise or counterclockwise until you can install the quick-release pins (6) easily.
(c) Make sure that the tie-rods (3) and (4) are in the locked position.
(4) Release the bonding strap (10) from the bracket (11).
(5) Connect the bonding strap (10), then install the washers (9) and (8) and the screw (7).
(6) TORQUE the screw (7) to between 0.40 and 0.34 m.daN (35.40 and 30.09 lbf.in )
.
(7) Do the electrical resistance measurement and the final protection of the bonding point(s)
(Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(8) Put the cover (1) in position and engage the fasteners (2).
Subtask 25-33-42-420-061-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Put the bracket (11) and the tie-rods (3) and (4) in position, then install the quick-release pins (6).
(2) Put the tie-rods (3) and (4) in position on the aircraft structure and install the quick-release pins (6).
(3) If necessary, adjust the tie-rods (3) and (4) as follows:
(a) Hold the tie-rod ends (5) that are not installed.
(b) Turn the tie-rods (3) and (4) clockwise or counterclockwise until you can install the quick-release pins (6) easily.
(c) Make sure that the tie-rods (3) and (4) are in the locked position.
(4) Release the bonding strap (10) from the bracket (11).
(5) Connect the bonding strap (10), then install the washers (9) and (8) and the screw (7).
(6) TORQUE the screw (7) to between 0.40 and 0.34 m.daN (35.40 and 30.09 lbf.in )
. (7) Do the electrical resistance measurement and the final protection of the bonding point(s)
(Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(8) Put the cover (1) in position and engage the fasteners (2).
K. Installation of the Water Connections
(2) Put the clamp (7) in position on the waste water hose (6).
(3) Connect the waste water hose (6) to the pipe (8).
(4) TORQUE the clamp (7) to between 0.31 and 0.25 m.daN (27.43 and 22.12 lbf.in )

(5) Connect the potable water hose (2) to the fitting (4) with the nut (3).
(6) TORQUE the nut (3) to between 5.76 and 5.31 m.daN (42.48 and 39.16 lbf.ft )

(3) Put the clamps (9) and the spacer (14) in position and install the nuts (10).
(4) Tighten the nuts (10).
(5) Put the clamps (11) in position and install the washers (12) and the spacers (13).
(6) Tighten the screws (13).
(8) Put the cover (8) in position and tighten the screws (7). Refer to ESPM 204452.
14QEB1 Wire-Locking Dia: 0.6 mm CRES Nickel Alloy - (Ref. AMM TASK 20-11-11-911-001).
Subtask 25-33-42-420-061-H ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Connect the bonding straps (3) and install the washers (2), screws (1) and nuts (4). Do the bonding (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(2) Tighten the screws (1).
(3) Put the clamps (9) and the spacer (14) in position and install the nuts (10).
(4) Tighten the nuts (10).
(5) Put the clamps (11) in position and install the washers (12) and the spacers (13).
(6) Tighten the screws (13).
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE BONDING STRAP(S) IS(ARE) CONNECTED BEFORE YOU CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL WIRE(S).
CAUTION:
REFER TO THE MATCH MARKS MADE DURING THE REMOVAL WHEN YOU CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL WIRES.
IF YOU MAKE AN ERROR WHEN YOU CONNECT THE WIRES YOU WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(7) Connect the electrical wires (5) and install the nuts (6) and tighten them. Refer to ESPM 204452. (8) Put the cover (8) in position and tighten the screws (7). Refer to ESPM 204452.
WARNING:
USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
(9) Safety the screws (7) with a new lockwire N. Installation of the Water Connections
(2) Put the clamp (7) in position on the waste water hose (6).
(3) Connect the waste water hose (6) to the pipe (8).
(4) TORQUE the clamp (7) to between 0.28 and 0.24 m.daN (24.78 and 21.24 lbf.in )

(5) Connect the potable water hose (2) to the fitting (4) with the nut (3).
(6) TORQUE the nut (3) to between 5.93 and 5.37 m.daN (43.73 and 39.60 lbf.ft )

(c) Do the electrical resistance measurement and the final protection of the bonding point(s)
(Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(3) Connect the electrical wires (6) as follows:
(b) Put the clamps (10) and (12) in position, then install the washers (13) and (14) and the screws (15).
(c) Tighten the screws (15).
(d) Put the clamps (10) and the spacer (16) in position, then install the nut (11).
(e) Tighten the nut (11).
(f) Put the clamps (10) in position and install the nut (11).
(g) Tighten the nut (11).
(h) Connect the electrical wires (6), then install the spacers (5) and the nuts (7).
(i) Tighten the nuts (7) ESPM 204452.
(4) Put the cover (9) in position and tighten the screws (8) ESPM 204452.

(b) Tighten the nuts (4).
(c) Do the electrical resistance measurement and the final protection of the bonding point(s)

(3) Connect the electrical wires (6) as follows:

(a) Release the electrical wires (6) from the galley.(b) Put the clamps (10) and (12) in position, then install the washers (13) and (14) and the screws (15).
(c) Tighten the screws (15).
(d) Put the clamps (10) and the spacer (16) in position, then install the nut (11).
(e) Tighten the nut (11).
(f) Put the clamps (10) in position and install the nut (11).
(g) Tighten the nut (11).
(h) Connect the electrical wires (6), then install the spacers (5) and the nuts (7).
(i) Tighten the nuts (7) ESPM 204452.
(4) Put the cover (9) in position and tighten the screws (8) ESPM 204452.

USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
(5) Safety the screws (8) with Q. Preparation for the Test
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install these items of equipment:
(a) Install the oven(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-19-400-001).
(b) Install the water boiler(s)/heater(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-35-27-400-001).

(1) Do a check of the air supply and the air exhaust systems as follows:
(a) Do the pre-conditioning with the APU (Ref. AMM TASK 12-33-21-618-001) or through the HP ground connection (Ref. AMM TASK 12-33-21-618-001).
(b) Do the functional test of the applicable air extraction point. Do not de-energize the electrical circuits when the test is completed (Ref. AMM TASK 21-23-00-720-002).
(c) Turn the air outlet clockwise until it is in the closed position.
(d) Make sure that no air comes out from the air outlet.
(e) Examine all the air hoses and the connections for leaks.
Make sure that there are no leaks.
1 If you find leaks, repair them.
(f) Turn the air outlet counterclockwise until it is in the open position.
(g) Make sure that the intensity of the airflow changes when you turn the air outlet.
(2) Do a check of the potable water system and the drain system as follows:
(a) Make sure that the potable water system is filled (Ref. AMM TASK 12-15-38-613-001).
(b) Pressurize the potable water system (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-001).
(c) Examine all the potable water hoses for leaks.
Make sure that there are no leaks.
1 If you find leaks, repair them.
(d) Operate the faucet and make sure that water flows.
(e) Let the water flow until it is clean.
(f) Examine all the waste water hoses for leaks.

(b) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the threads of the screw (9).
(c) Put the spacer (7) and the clamp (8) in position and install the washer (4) and the screw (9).
(d) TORQUE the screw (9) to between 0.40 and 0.34 m.daN (35.40 and 30.09 lbf.in )

(e) Put the seal (6) and the seal plate (4) in position, then install the screws (5).
(f) TORQUE the screws (5) to between 0.17 and 0.14 m.daN (15.04 and 12.39 lbf.in )

(g) Seal the galley/floor interfaces:
1 Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) to the seal (6) and the floor interfaces.
(h) If the filler (7) is removed, apply Double Sided Adhesive Tape-- Foam Base - (Material No.05PAC1) to the filler (7) and install it.
(i) Apply Double Sided Adhesive Tape-- Foam Base - (Material No.05PAC1) to the kickstrip (8) and install it.
(j) Clean the kickstrip (8) and the adjacent area.
(k) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-General Purpose One part legacy (Material No.06CMD9) to the kickstrip (8).
(3) Install the pelmet (1) as follows:
(a) Hold the pelmet (1) in position.
(b) Release the bonding strap (5) from the pelmet (1).
(c) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the thread of the screw (9).
(d) Put the spacer (7) and the clamp (8) in position, then install the washer (4) and the screw (9).
(e) TORQUE the screw (9) to between 0.40 and 0.34 m.daN (35.40 and 30.09 lbf.in )

(f) Connect the bonding strap (5), then install the washers (4) and (6) and the screw (3).
(g) TORQUE the screw (3) to between 0.40 and 0.34 m.daN (35.40 and 30.09 lbf.in )

(h) Do the electrical resistance measurement and the final protection of the bonding point(s)
(Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(i) Push the pelmet (1) down and engage the quick connectors (2).

(d) Put the spacer (7) and the clamp (8) in position, then install the washer (4) and the screw (9).
(e) TORQUE the screw (9) to between 0.40 and 0.34 m.daN (35.40 and 30.09 lbf.in )
. (f) Connect the bonding strap (5), then install the washers (4) and (6) and the screw (3).
