BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL THIS EQUIPMENT. THIS EQUIPMENT IS HEAVY (MORE THAN 12 KG (26.5 lb)) AND CAN CAUSE INJURY AND/OR DAMAGE.
CAUTION:
WHEN YOU MOVE A HEAVY COMPONENT, DO NOT PUSH IT ALONG THE CABIN FLOOR OR LET IT RUB AGAINST THE FLOOR. IF YOU DO, YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE CABIN FLOOR AND/OR THE COMPONENT.

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that all items of equipment are removed from the partition.
(3) If necessary, make sure that the adjacent OHSC is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-000-001).
(4) Make sure that the related ceiling panels are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-42-000-002).
(5) Make sure that the curtains and the curtain rails are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-000-003).
(6) Make sure that the cabin attendant seats are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-22-41-000-001).
(7) Make sure that the related seats are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-41-000-001).
Subtask 25-26-42-865-069-A (1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that all items of equipment are removed from the partition.
(3) If necessary, make sure that the adjacent OHSC is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-000-001).
(4) Make sure that the related ceiling panels are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-42-000-002).
(5) Make sure that the curtains and the curtain rails are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-000-003).
(6) Make sure that the cabin attendant seats are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-22-41-000-001).
(7) Make sure that the related seats are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-41-000-001).

Subtask 25-26-42-210-056-A
A. Preparation for Installation
(1) Clean the seat tracks with Non Aqueous Cleaner_- Methyl-Ethyl-Ketone - (Material No.08BBF1) , a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) and a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(2) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(4) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
Subtask 25-26-42-420-055-AE (1) Clean the seat tracks with Non Aqueous Cleaner_- Methyl-Ethyl-Ketone - (Material No.08BBF1) , a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) and a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC.
(2) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(4) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
B. Installation of the Partition
(1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) Apply Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Clay Thickened - (Material No.03GBB1) to the bushes (17) and the new AIPC 25-26-84-20-120 PACKING (16) or AIPC 25-26-84-20-125 PACKING (16).
(3) Install the bushes (17) and the new AIPC 25-26-84-20-120 PACKING (16) or AIPC 25-26-84-20-125 PACKING (16).
(4) Install the washers (15) and the slide blocks (14).
(5) Put the seat track fittings (8) in position and install the stoppers (7).
(6) Install the washers (6) and the slide blocks (5).
(7) If necessary, apply sealant to the seat tracks (Ref. AMM TASK 25-20-00-914-801).
(9) Carefully put the partition (1) in position.
(10) If necessary, adjust the tie rods (3) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-20-00-820-801).
(11) Put the tie rods (3) in position and install the quick-release pins (4).
(12) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the threads of the screws (13).
(13) Put the slide blocks (18) and the washers (19) in position and install the screws (20).
(14) Put the slide blocks (11) and the washers (12) in position and install the screws (13).
(15) TORQUE the screws (13) to between 16.00 and 14.00 m.N (11.80 and 10.32 lbf.ft )

(16) TORQUE the screws (20) to between 31.00 and 27.00 m.N (22.86 and 19.91 lbf.ft )
.
(17) Put the covers (9) in position and install the screws (10).
(18) Tighten the screws (10).
(19) Apply Silicone Sealant-Non Textile Floor Jointing One part - (Material No.06BQD1) to the joint between the partition (1) and the Non-Textile Floor Covering (NTF).
Subtask 25-26-42-865-070-A (1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) Apply Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Clay Thickened - (Material No.03GBB1) to the bushes (17) and the new AIPC 25-26-84-20-120 PACKING (16) or AIPC 25-26-84-20-125 PACKING (16).
(3) Install the bushes (17) and the new AIPC 25-26-84-20-120 PACKING (16) or AIPC 25-26-84-20-125 PACKING (16).
(4) Install the washers (15) and the slide blocks (14).
(5) Put the seat track fittings (8) in position and install the stoppers (7).
(6) Install the washers (6) and the slide blocks (5).
(7) If necessary, apply sealant to the seat tracks (Ref. AMM TASK 25-20-00-914-801).
NOTE: Sealant is necessary in wet areas where the monument is installed on the Non-Textile Floor Covering (NTF).
Sealant is not necessary in dry areas where the monument is installed on a carpet.
(8) If you removed the tie rods (3), put them in position and install the quick-release pins (2). Sealant is not necessary in dry areas where the monument is installed on a carpet.
(9) Carefully put the partition (1) in position.
(10) If necessary, adjust the tie rods (3) (Ref. AMM TASK 25-20-00-820-801).
(11) Put the tie rods (3) in position and install the quick-release pins (4).
(12) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the threads of the screws (13).
(13) Put the slide blocks (18) and the washers (19) in position and install the screws (20).
(14) Put the slide blocks (11) and the washers (12) in position and install the screws (13).
(15) TORQUE the screws (13) to between 16.00 and 14.00 m.N (11.80 and 10.32 lbf.ft )
. (16) TORQUE the screws (20) to between 31.00 and 27.00 m.N (22.86 and 19.91 lbf.ft )
. (17) Put the covers (9) in position and install the screws (10).
(18) Tighten the screws (10).
(19) Apply Silicone Sealant-Non Textile Floor Jointing One part - (Material No.06BQD1) to the joint between the partition (1) and the Non-Textile Floor Covering (NTF).
C. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

A. Close Access
(1) Install all items of equipment that you removed from the partition.
(2) If you removed the OHSC, install it (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-400-001).
(3) Install the related ceiling panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-42-400-002).
(4) Install the curtains and the curtain rails (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-400-003).
(5) Install the cabin attendant seats (Ref. AMM TASK 25-22-41-400-001).
(6) Install the related seats (Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-41-400-001).
(7) Make sure that all placards of the retained/new components are in the correct position and in good condition. If necessary, install new placards (Ref. AMM TASK 11-00-00-400-007).
Subtask 25-26-42-862-052-A (1) Install all items of equipment that you removed from the partition.
(2) If you removed the OHSC, install it (Ref. AMM TASK 25-24-41-400-001).
(3) Install the related ceiling panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-42-400-002).
(4) Install the curtains and the curtain rails (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-400-003).
(5) Install the cabin attendant seats (Ref. AMM TASK 25-22-41-400-001).
(6) Install the related seats (Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-41-400-001).
(7) Make sure that all placards of the retained/new components are in the correct position and in good condition. If necessary, install new placards (Ref. AMM TASK 11-00-00-400-007).
