BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL THIS EQUIPMENT. THIS EQUIPMENT IS HEAVY (MORE THAN 12 KG (26.5 lb)) AND CAN CAUSE INJURY AND/OR DAMAGE.
CAUTION:
WHEN YOU MOVE A HEAVY COMPONENT, DO NOT PUSH IT ALONG THE CABIN FLOOR OR LET IT RUB AGAINST THE FLOOR. IF YOU DO, YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE CABIN FLOOR AND/OR THE COMPONENT.

Subtask 25-26-42-860-050-J ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that you removed all the equipment from the partition.
(3) If necessary, make sure that the related curtains and the curtain rails are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-000-001).
(4) Make sure that the related filler panels are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-25-11-000-001).
Subtask 25-26-42-860-050-W ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that you removed all the equipment from the partition.
(3) If necessary, make sure that the related curtains and the curtain rails are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-000-001).
(4) Make sure that the related filler panels are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-25-11-000-001).
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized

(2) Make sure that you have removed all items of equipment from the partition.
(3) Make sure that the curtains and the curtain rails are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-000-001).
(4) If necessary, make sure that the display units are removed. Refer to (Ref. AMM D/O 23-33-00-00) to know which display units are installed.
(5) Make sure that the related filler panels are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-25-11-000-001).
Subtask 25-26-42-865-072-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that you have removed all items of equipment from the partition.
(3) Make sure that the curtains and the curtain rails are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-000-001).
(4) If necessary, make sure that the display units are removed. Refer to (Ref. AMM D/O 23-33-00-00) to know which display units are installed.

A. Preparation for Installation
(1) Clean the seat tracks with Non Aqueous Cleaner_- Methyl-Ethyl-Ketone - (Material No.08BBF1) , a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(2) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(4) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
Subtask 25-26-42-420-050-BK ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Clean the seat tracks with Non Aqueous Cleaner_- Methyl-Ethyl-Ketone - (Material No.08BBF1) , a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(2) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.

(4) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
B. Installation of the Partition
(2) If you removed the bracket (2), put it in position and install the screws (5).
(3) Tighten the screws (5).
(4) Put the seat track fittings (8) in the seat tracks.
(5) Install the stop washers (9) and the plates (7).
(6) If necessary, apply sealant to the seat tracks (Ref. AMM TASK 25-20-00-914-801).
(8) Carefully put the partition (1) in the vertical position.
(9) Install the filler panel (3).
(10) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the threads of the screws (6).
(11) Install the screws (6).
(12) Tighten the screws (6).
(13) Attach the carpet with Double Sided Adhesive Tape-Carpet Bonding - - (Material No.05PCB2) .
(14) Apply Silicone Sealant-Non Textile Floor Jointing One part - (Material No.06BQD1) to the joint between the partition (1) and the Non-Textile Floor covering (NTF).
Subtask 25-26-42-420-050-BN ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL NOTE: The installation of the left and/or right partition (if removed) is the same.
(1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.(2) If you removed the bracket (2), put it in position and install the screws (5).
(3) Tighten the screws (5).
(4) Put the seat track fittings (8) in the seat tracks.
(5) Install the stop washers (9) and the plates (7).
(6) If necessary, apply sealant to the seat tracks (Ref. AMM TASK 25-20-00-914-801).
NOTE: Sealant is necessary in wet areas where the monument is installed on the Non-Textile Floor covering (NTF).
Sealant is not necessary in dry areas where the monument is installed on a carpet.
(7) Make sure that the filler panel (3) is on the tubes (4). Sealant is not necessary in dry areas where the monument is installed on a carpet.
(8) Carefully put the partition (1) in the vertical position.
(9) Install the filler panel (3).
(10) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the threads of the screws (6).
(11) Install the screws (6).
(12) Tighten the screws (6).
(13) Attach the carpet with Double Sided Adhesive Tape-Carpet Bonding - - (Material No.05PCB2) .
(14) Apply Silicone Sealant-Non Textile Floor Jointing One part - (Material No.06BQD1) to the joint between the partition (1) and the Non-Textile Floor covering (NTF).
B. Installation of the Partitions
(1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) If removed, put the bracket (2) in position and install the screws (6).
(3) Put the seat-track fittings (14) in the seat tracks and install the stop washers (13) and the plates (12).
(4) If necessary, apply sealant in the seat tracks (Ref. AMM TASK 25-20-00-914-801).
(5) Make sure that the filler panel (3) is on the tubes (4).
(7) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the screws (11) and install them.
(8) Put the bonding strap (9) in position and install the washers (7), the screw (10) and the nut (8).
(10) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(11) Connect the electrical connectors (15) and (16) and engage the spring latches (22).
(12) Put the cable (17) and the clamps (18) in position and install the washers (20) and the screws (19).
(13) Install new CABLE TIES (21).
(14) Install the filler panel (3).
(15) Attach the carpet with Double Sided Adhesive Tape-Carpet Bonding - - (Material No.05PCB2) .
Subtask 25-26-42-865-073-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) When you connect/install the components, refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure.
(2) If removed, put the bracket (2) in position and install the screws (6).
(3) Put the seat-track fittings (14) in the seat tracks and install the stop washers (13) and the plates (12).
(4) If necessary, apply sealant in the seat tracks (Ref. AMM TASK 25-20-00-914-801).
(5) Make sure that the filler panel (3) is on the tubes (4).
WARNING:
SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY. IF YOU DO NOT SUPPORT IT, IT WILL FALL. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS, AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(6) Carefully put the partition (1) in position and make sure that it is in a vertical position. (7) Apply Threadlocking Adhesive-- Medium strength - (Material No.05BAE1) to the screws (11) and install them.
(8) Put the bonding strap (9) in position and install the washers (7), the screw (10) and the nut (8).
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE BONDING STRAP(S) IS(ARE) CONNECTED BEFORE YOU CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR(S).
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE SPRING LATCHES CORRECTLY HOLD THE CONNECTOR IN THE FULLY ENGAGED POSITION. THE SPRING LATCHES PREVENT UNWANTED MOVEMENT OF THE CONNECTOR, AND THUS THE RISK OF ARCING, WHICH CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE UNIT.
(9) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.(10) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(11) Connect the electrical connectors (15) and (16) and engage the spring latches (22).
(12) Put the cable (17) and the clamps (18) in position and install the washers (20) and the screws (19).
(13) Install new CABLE TIES (21).
(14) Install the filler panel (3).
(15) Attach the carpet with Double Sided Adhesive Tape-Carpet Bonding - - (Material No.05PCB2) .
C. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

(1) Install all the equipment that you removed from the partition.
(2) If you removed the related curtains and the curtain rails, install them (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-400-001).
(3) Install the related filler panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-25-11-400-001).
(4) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(5) Make sure that all placards of the retained/new components are in their correct positions and in good condition.
(6) If necessary, install new placards (Ref. AMM TASK 11-00-00-400-007).
Subtask 25-26-42-410-054-R ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Install all the equipment that you removed from the partition.
(2) If you removed the related curtains and the curtain rails, install them (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-400-001).
(3) Install the related filler panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-25-11-400-001).
(4) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(5) Make sure that all placards of the retained/new components are in their correct positions and in good condition.
(6) If necessary, install new placards (Ref. AMM TASK 11-00-00-400-007).
A. Close Access
(1) Install all items of equipment from the partitions, if necessary.
(2) Install the curtains and the curtain rails (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-400-001).
(3) If removed, install the display units. Refer to (Ref. AMM D/O 23-33-00-00) to know which display units are installed.
(4) If removed, install the related filler panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-25-11-400-001).
(5) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(6) Make sure that all of the placards of the retained/new components are in the correct position and in a good condition. If necessary, install new placards (Ref. AMM TASK 11-00-00-400-007).
Subtask 25-26-42-862-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Install all items of equipment from the partitions, if necessary.
(2) Install the curtains and the curtain rails (Ref. AMM TASK 25-26-41-400-001).
(3) If removed, install the display units. Refer to (Ref. AMM D/O 23-33-00-00) to know which display units are installed.
(4) If removed, install the related filler panels (Ref. AMM TASK 25-25-11-400-001).
(5) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
