A. Get access to the avionics compartment.
(1) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE in position at the avionics compartment doors 812 and 822.
(2) Open the access doors 812 and 822.
(3) Open the access panels of the AC/DC emergency power center 106VU and the access panels of the BATTERY power center 105VU.
Subtask 24-62-55-865-050-A (1) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE in position at the avionics compartment doors 812 and 822.
(2) Open the access doors 812 and 822.
(3) Open the access panels of the AC/DC emergency power center 106VU and the access panels of the BATTERY power center 105VU.

A. Removal of the Contactor
(2) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(3) Loosen the two captive screws (2).
CAUTION:
REMOVE THE CONTACTOR ONLY AND NOT THE BASE OR THE MODULE WHERE THE WIRES ARE CONNECTED.
(1) Disconnect the connector (4). (2) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(3) Loosen the two captive screws (2).
NOTE: Do not remove the captive screws (2) and the spring washers from the contactor (3).
(4) Disengage the contactor (3) from the base (5) and then remove the contactor.
