A. Cold Start of the GAPCU
(1) In the cockpit, on the overhead panel, on ELEC panel 35VU:

Make sure that the BAT 1 and BAT 2 pushbutton switches are released.
Make sure that the EXT PWR pushbutton switch is released.

(2) Make sure that the engines and APU do not operate.
(3) In the cockpit, put WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to operate the pushbutton switches on these overhead panels:

35VU (ELEC)
25VU (APU)
115VU (ENG).

(4) Make sure that the external power connector is not connected to the aircraft external-power receptacle.

(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
