MAKE SURE THAT NO AC OR DC POWER IS CONNECTED TO THE AIRCRAFT ELECTRICAL CIRCUITS.

Subtask 24-22-17-010-061-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Get Access
(1) Make sure that the third occupant seat is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-11-41-000-001).
(2) On the left lower side of rear panel 120VU, make sure that the access panel (4) is removed.
(3) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 1M (3 FT)-ADJUSTABLE is in position at the access doors 822 and 121AL.
(4) Make sure that the access doors 822 and 121AL are open.
Subtask 24-22-17-860-067-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the third occupant seat is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-11-41-000-001).
(2) On the left lower side of rear panel 120VU, make sure that the access panel (4) is removed.
(3) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 1M (3 FT)-ADJUSTABLE is in position at the access doors 822 and 121AL.
(4) Make sure that the access doors 822 and 121AL are open.
B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the external power connector is not connected to the aircraft external power receptacle.
(2) Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is (are) in position on the access door 121AL to tell persons not to connect the external power connector to the aircraft external power receptacle.
(3) In the cockpit, on the ELEC panel 35VU, make sure that these pushbutton switches are released:
4. Procedure(1) Make sure that the external power connector is not connected to the aircraft external power receptacle.
(2) Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is (are) in position on the access door 121AL to tell persons not to connect the external power connector to the aircraft external power receptacle.
(3) In the cockpit, on the ELEC panel 35VU, make sure that these pushbutton switches are released:
- BAT1, BAT2,
- APU GEN,
- GEN1, GEN2,
- EXT PWR.
- 21VU (EMER ELEC PWR section),
- 25VU (APU section),
- 35VU (ELEC).
Subtask 24-22-17-420-056-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of the Current Transformer
(1) Put the disconnect cables through the current transformer (1).
(3) Install the two screws (2) and nuts (5) on the current transformer (1) and tighten them.
(4) Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connector (3).
(5) Make sure that the electrical connector (3) is clean and in the correct condition.
(6) Connect the electrical connector (3) to the current transformer (1).
(7) Install new TIE WRAP.
(8) Make sure that the three electrical cables (6) is clean and in the correct position.
(9) Connect the three electrical cables (6) to the generator 1(2) contactor-module.
(a) Install the three washers (7) and nuts (8) and tighten them.
(b) TORQUE the nut (8) to between 1.1 and 0.90 m.daN (97.35 and 79.65 lbf.in )

(10) Make sure that the three electrical wires (9) is clean and in the correct position.
(11) Connect the three electrical wires (9).
(a) Install the three washers (10) and screws (11) and tighten them.
(b) TORQUE the screws (11) to between 0.122 and 0.098 m.daN (10.80 and 8.67 lbf.in )

Subtask 24-22-17-860-068-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Put the disconnect cables through the current transformer (1).
NOTE: Make sure that the location and the color of the cables of each bundle agree with those you recorded at the removal.
(2) Move the current transformer (1) along the cable bundles. (3) Install the two screws (2) and nuts (5) on the current transformer (1) and tighten them.
(4) Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connector (3).
(5) Make sure that the electrical connector (3) is clean and in the correct condition.
(6) Connect the electrical connector (3) to the current transformer (1).
(7) Install new TIE WRAP.
(8) Make sure that the three electrical cables (6) is clean and in the correct position.
(9) Connect the three electrical cables (6) to the generator 1(2) contactor-module.
(a) Install the three washers (7) and nuts (8) and tighten them.
(b) TORQUE the nut (8) to between 1.1 and 0.90 m.daN (97.35 and 79.65 lbf.in )

(1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits from engine 1(2) (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).

E. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits supplied from engine 1(2) (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
5. Close-up(1) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits supplied from engine 1(2) (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
Subtask 24-22-17-410-056-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(3) Install the access panel (4) on the rear panel 120VU.
(4) Install the third occupant seat (Ref. AMM TASK 25-11-41-400-001).
(5) Close the access door 822 and 121AL.
(6) Remove the access platform(s).
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(3) Install the access panel (4) on the rear panel 120VU.
(4) Install the third occupant seat (Ref. AMM TASK 25-11-41-400-001).
(5) Close the access door 822 and 121AL.
(6) Remove the access platform(s).
AC Current Transformer (51XU1, 51XU2)
