Reactivation of the Radio Push-to-Talk (PTT) Switch

CAUTION: MAKE SURE THAT THE SIDE-STICK UNIT STAYS IN VERTICAL POSITION DURING THE MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE. THIS IS TO PREVENT DAMPER FLUID LEAKAGE WHICH CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE UNIT.

NOTE: This task is applicable for all side-stick assemblies. To know if the side-stick assembly installed on the aircraft is a new-generation side-stick unit, refer to the procedure (Ref. AMM TASK 27-92-41-860-801).

A. Reactivation of the Radio PTT Switch (11RN, 12RN) (for all side-stick assemblies)
(1) Do the Installation of a new Radio PTT Switch (Ref. AMM TASK 27-92-41-000-010) and (Ref. AMM TASK 27-92-41-400-010).

B. Do the trouble shooting procedure related to the maintenance message.

A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(2) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
