A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) FOR [4RJ1] (ISOLATION UNIT)
     (a) Make sure that access door 822 is opened (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-002).
     (b) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) is in position below access door 822.
   (2) FOR [4RJ2] (ISOLATION UNIT)
     (a) Make sure that access door 824 is opened (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-002).
     (b) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) is in position below access door 824.
   (3) FOR [4RJ3] (ISOLATION UNIT)
     (a) Make sure that the forward cargo-compartment door is opened and safetied with the actuator safety locks (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
     (b) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) is in position below the opened forward cargo-compartment door.
     (c) Make sure that ceiling panel 131CC is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-54-12-000-002).
   (4) FOR [4RJ4] (ISOLATION UNIT)
     (a) Make sure that the forward cargo-compartment door is opened and safetied with the actuator safety locks (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
     (b) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) is in position below the opened forward cargo-compartment door.
     (c) Make sure that partition 132PW at FR34 is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-54-12-000-001).
   (5) FOR [4RJ5] (ISOLATION UNIT)
     (a) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE is in position below access door 312AR.
     (b) Make sure that access door 312AR is opened.

4. Procedure
Subtask 23-44-42-420-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of the Isolation Unit
   (1) If necessary, assemble the PC-board (2) to the PC-board bracket (6) and attach it with the nuts (4) and the washers (5).
   (2) Put the PC-board bracket (6) together with the PC-board (2) in position to the mounting rail (3).
   (3) Put the end-clamuse protective googles a mounting rail (3) and tighten the clamp screw (7).
WARNING: USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
   (4) Safety the clamp screw (7) with 14QEB1Wire-Locking Dia: 0.6 mm CRES Nickel Alloy - on the PC-board (2).
   (5) Prepare the electrical wires and make sure that they are clean and in the correct condition.
   (6) Connect the wires of the cable harness (1) to the terminals of the PC-board (2) ESPM 204825.
NOTE: For the correct connection refer to the applicable illustration.
   (7) Make sure that the contacts, which are not used, are covered with PLUG - BLANKING, RED.
