Subtask 23-44-41-860-066-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
Subtask 23-44-41-420-057-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
(1) Do a visual inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2) Remove the blanking caps from the maintenance-interphone jack harness (1).
(3) Install the maintenance-interphone jack harness (1) on the interphone disconnect panel (2) with the four screws (4) and four washers (3).
(4) Tighten the screws (4) manually.
(5) Connect the pylon harness (5) to the maintenance-interphone jack harness (1).
(6) Attach the maintenance-interphone jack harness (1) to the mounting plate (9).
(7) Install the maintenance-interphone jack harness (1) and the mounting plate (9) on the interphone bracket (10) with the four screws (8).
(8) Torque the four screws (8) to between 0.395 and 0.356 m.daN (34.96 and 31.50 lbf.in )

(9) Attach the maintenance-interphone jack harness (1) to the brackets on the right fan cowl door with the twelve screws (7) and twelve clamps (6).
(10) Adjust the maintenance-interphone jack harness (1) to keep the preload a minimum.
(11) Torque the twelve screws (7) to between 0.395 and 0.356 m.daN (34.96 and 31.50 lbf.in )

(12) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(13) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(14) Connect the electrical connector to the pylon harness (5).
(15) Connect the electrical connector to the interphone bracket (10).

A. Safety Precautions
(1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU:
(a) Make sure that the ENG/MODE selector switch is in the NORM position.
(b) Make sure that the ENG/MASTER 1(2) control switch was in the OFF position not less than 5 minutes before you do this procedure.
(c) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) to tell persons not to operate:
(a) Make sure that the ON legend of the FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.
(b) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2), is in position.
Subtask 23-44-41-865-067-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU:

C. Get Access
(1) Make sure that the fan cowl doors are open (Ref. AMM D/O 71-13-00-01):
(a) FOR [1000EM1] (ENGINE-1)

(2) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 1M(3 FT) is in position.
4. Procedure(1) Make sure that the fan cowl doors are open (Ref. AMM D/O 71-13-00-01):
(a) FOR [1000EM1] (ENGINE-1)
- 438AR
(b) FOR [1000EM2] (ENGINE-2)
- 448AR.
(2) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 1M(3 FT) is in position.

WARNING:
DO NOT GET THE SOLVENT IN YOUR MOUTH OR EYES, OR ON YOUR SKIN. DO NOT BREATHE THE FUMES FROM THE SOLVENT. WEAR PROTECTIVE SPLASH GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU USE THE SOLVENT. KEEP THE SOLVENT AWAY FROM SPARKS, FLAME AND HEAT. THE SOLVENT IS POISONOUS AND FLAMMABLE AND CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
CAUTION:
WIPE CLEAN ALL PARTS AND TOOLS AS NECESSARY TO REMOVE UNWANTED DEBRIS AND PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE.
A. Installation of the Maintenance-Interphone Jack Harness (1) Do a visual inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2) Remove the blanking caps from the maintenance-interphone jack harness (1).
(3) Install the maintenance-interphone jack harness (1) on the interphone disconnect panel (2) with the four screws (4) and four washers (3).

A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Close the right fan cowl door (Ref. AMM D/O 71-13-00-41).
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
