A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the aircraft electrical circuits are energized.
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) For the location of this component refer to (Ref. AMM D/O 23-33-00-00).

A. Installation of the Wall Mounted Display-Unit (WMDU)
(2) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(4) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(5) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(6) Connect the electrical connectors (7) to the terminals (6), refer to the applied identification.
(7) Put the display unit (5) in position on the mounting brackets (2).
(8) Install the display unit (5) with the screws (1).
(9) Put the cover (3) in position on the mounting brackets (2).
(10) Install the cover (3), with a quarter turn clockwise of the captive screws (4).
Subtask 23-36-22-420-060-M ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL NOTE: The procedure to install all of the WMDU is the same. The procedure to install one WMDU is given here.
(1) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.(2) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(4) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(5) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(6) Connect the electrical connectors (7) to the terminals (6), refer to the applied identification.
(7) Put the display unit (5) in position on the mounting brackets (2).
(8) Install the display unit (5) with the screws (1).
(9) Put the cover (3) in position on the mounting brackets (2).
(10) Install the cover (3), with a quarter turn clockwise of the captive screws (4).
A. Installation of the Wall Mounted Display-Unit (WMDU)
(2) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(4) Put the mounting plate (1) in its installation position and install the washers (10) and the screws (11).
(5) Put the monitor (9) in its installation position at the mounting plate (1) and install the washers (3) and the screws (4).
(6) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(8) Connect the electrical connectors (5) and (6).
(9) Put the cover (8) in its installation position on the mounting plate (1).
(10) Carefully apply a load to the cover (8) until it fully engages on the locking devices (2).

(4) Put the mounting plate (1) in its installation position and install the washers (10) and the screws (11).
(5) Put the monitor (9) in its installation position at the mounting plate (1) and install the washers (3) and the screws (4).
(6) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
CAUTION:
DO NOT TOUCH THE CONNECTOR PINS OR OTHER CONDUCTORS ON THE COMPONENT DURING THE PROCEDURE. IF YOU TOUCH THESE CONDUCTORS, ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO COMPONENT.
(7) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.(8) Connect the electrical connectors (5) and (6).
(9) Put the cover (8) in its installation position on the mounting plate (1).
(10) Carefully apply a load to the cover (8) until it fully engages on the locking devices (2).
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Make sure that the Cabin Intercommunication Data System (CIDS) is energized
