4. Procedure
Subtask 23-36-22-020-060-E ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Removal of the Wall Mounted Display-Unit (WMDU)

NOTE: The procedure to remove all of the WMDU is the same. The procedure to remove one WMDU is given here.

(1) Turn the captive screws (4) a quarter of a turn counterclockwise to remove the cover (3).
(2) Identify the electrical connectors (7) for the subsequent installation procedure.
(3) Disconnect the electrical connectors (7).
(4) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(5) Remove the screws (1).
(6) Remove the display unit (5) from the mounting brackets (2).

Subtask 23-36-22-020-060-M ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Removal of the Wall Mounted Display-Unit (WMDU)

NOTE: The procedure to remove all the WMDUs is the same. The procedure to remove one WMDU is given here.

(1) Push the locking devices (2) with the PIN - RELEASE through the holes (7) and carefully pull the cover (8) to release it from the locking devices (2).
(2) Remove the cover (8) from the mounting plate (1).
(3) Disconnect the electrical connectors (5) and (6).

CAUTION: DO NOT TOUCH THE CONNECTOR PINS OR OTHER CONDUCTORS ON THE COMPONENT DURING THE PROCEDURE. IF YOU TOUCH THESE CONDUCTORS, ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO COMPONENT.

(4) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(5) Hold the monitor (9) in position and remove the screws (4) and the washers (3) from the mounting plate (1).
(6) Remove the monitor (9) from the mounting plate (1).
(7) Hold the mounting plate (1) in position and remove the screws (11) and the washers (10).
(8) Remove the mounting plate (1).
