C. Get access to the applicable Wall Disconnect Box (WDB)
   (1) Remove the lower sidewall panel in the area of the related WDB (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-44-000-001).
   (2) Release the fasteners (8) and remove the protection cap (9) of the related WDB (7).
4. Procedure
Subtask 23-33-47-020-052-AE ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Removal of the Wall Disconnect Box (WDB)
   (1) Before you disconnect the electrical connectors, make sure that there is identification on them. This is important for the subsequent installation procedure.
CAUTION: DO NOT TOUCH THE CONNECTOR PINS OR OTHER CONDUCTORS ON THE COMPONENT DURING THE PROCEDURE. IF YOU TOUCH THESE CONDUCTORS, ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO COMPONENT.
   (2) Release the spring latches (13) and disconnect the electrical connectors (14).
   (3) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
   (4) Remove the protective cover (12) as follows:
     (a) Remove the screw (1) and the washer (2).
     (b) Remove the cable support (3), spacers (4) and (5).
     (c) Remove the screws (10) and the washers (11).
     (d) Remove the protective cover (12).
   (5) Carefully remove the WDB (7) and the insulation strip (6).
   (6) Keep the parts for the subsequent installation procedure.
